The third expansion for Back 4 Blood is here and it brings a new cleaner and many other things into Back 4 Blood
Those that have been diving back and forth into Back 4 Blood will find that there is a new bit of game to experience out there as of now. The third expansion has dropped with Turtle Rock offering up more story to explore and a whole new Cleaner to mop up all of the Ridden in the world. All of these will be added in along with the new co-op mode, Trial Of The Worm that has been in the works for Back 4 Blood. As long as you have opted into all of the expansion passes up to now. That and want another run through the zombies out there on the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
This new expansion for Back 4 Blood is going to be giving us the new Cleaner Tala to play with in the new five chapters coming into Act 6 of the game. A new story bit that will have Tala out there trying to find her missing brother alongside the help of her Tallboy named Jeff. Add in eight new Cleaner Skins, twelve weapon skins, and a new Ridden to take on and we have the makings of this whole new chapter to the game. Have a look at more of the tease for what is here or just update your version of Back 4 Blood to get all of the expansions you have already paid for. No need to miss out because you did not know it was coming.

Out now, River Of Blood features 5 new chapters to make up Act 6 along with new Cleaner Tala, a friendly Tallboy named Jeff, new weapons, 12 exclusive weapon skins, 8 exclusive Cleaner skins, new cards, and a new Ridden foe. The expansion will coincide with the release of a new co-op game mode “Trial of the Worm”, a free update for all who own Back 4 Blood. Experience the continued saga of the Cultists and Tala’s journey to save her brother and get revenge TODAY.
Please note, all playable content included in the River Of Blood expansion will be accessible by all players in a party as long as one player in that party has purchased the expansion.
