Moss Has Finally Been Given A Release Date
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 21st of February 2018 - 05:00 PM ]
The release date for Moss has been set as the developers make the February timeline with Moss landing right before the end of the month It looks like Polyarc has finally settled on a release date for Moss and now it has been set. Not too long ago we covered the game and there was still no set date other than February leaving a lot of people wondering when this PSVR title was actually going to come or if it would make the mark. For those who have not been following Moss here, I am talking about what we had to look at last week without a solid release date set still. All of that can be forgotten now as we can look to add the game onto our PS4 on February 27th now. Read More...

System Shock Remastered Has Been Put On A Temporary Hiatus
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 16th of February 2018 - 03:00 PM ]
System Shock Production on the System Shock Remaster has been put on hold as the studio refocuses and aims to give us the System Shock we were all hoping for If you were hoping to get the System Shock Remastered out there any time soon, you will be let down with the most recent update. It looks like Nightdive Studios has had to place the game on a bit of hiatus and thus delayed the game until some undetermined time now. The System Shock Remastered is still being made, but it just looks like the team needs a bit of time to refocus and get back on track to deliver on all of their promises. They did raise a whole lot of money to bring it to the PS4, Xbox One, and PC so there is a lot riding on them getting it just right. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 14th of February 2018 - 05:00 PM ]
Moss New gameplay for Moss is out there now and now we get to see just how Moss will blend the PSVR experience with a platformer style of game It may be time to put on your "remembering pants" to think back to a game announced at E3 named Moss. Maybe it still rings a bell for you or maybe you remember there being a title named that which was shown off from Polyarc and featured an adventurous mouse as the lead. Remember it or not, here we are with more for this PS VR title and just what to expect if it makes the February of this year release date that Moss currently has set for itself. There is still time for the release but not much to get the word out if that is the case. Read More...

More so now that we have them in action for Injustice 2 with some new gameplay. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 30th of January 2018 - 05:00 PM ]
Cold Iron We sit down and review Cold Iron. A VR take on the old-west showdown style of gameplay across different worlds. Here is our review of Cold Iron If there is one thing that VR is good for it is putting you in a different world doing things that you normally could not get to do in real life and that is something that Cold Iron is aiming to do. Pun totally intended. For those who have missed the memo over the last stretch of time, this is Catch & Release's latest title for the PS VR, HTC Vive, and Oculus Rift. Read More...

There Is A New Update Out There For The System Shock Reboot
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 25th of January 2018 - 03:00 PM ]
System Shock A new update for the System Shock reboot is here and the team dives into a bit on how they are bringing System Shock back with the use of ideas from the past A new update for the System Shock reboot is out there on the interwebs for all of us and the backers of the new version of the game to see. You may have already been able to tell that before you clicked in on the site or if you already threw money at Night Dive Studios to make the game, but for those who do not fall into those categories, here we go. Do not get too excited though unless you are into how games like System Shock are being made as this one takes us into the process on how the team is rebuilding the game's world in a way that pays homage to the original but also is able to use the power of the more modern technology and engines out there. It Is Time To Take Down A God In Rune: Ragnarok
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 24th of January 2018 - 05:00 PM ]
Rune A pre-alpha look at Rune: Ragnarok is here and it gives us a small taste of what the world of Rune: Ragnarok will look like and just what we will need to do It is time to add more to the Norse Mythology video games list out there, as we now have more for Rune: Ragnarok. In fact, we have some pre-alpha video footage of the game that Human Head Studios was nice enough to put together to give us all a look at their title after being announced not so long ago. You have to love things like that, and now we have a look at Rune: Ragnarok to go along with all of the other stuff that the team is putting out there. I mean, they do need to get us all out there to try and help end Ragnarok in the game's world as it is still going on and only the mere mortals can stop it all. Read More...

Beat Saber Will Have You Slashing & Grooving In VR
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 22nd of January 2018 - 03:00 PM ]
Beat Saber A new rhythm VR title, Beat Saber, has more to show off and it looks like Beat Saber is going to be mix of some other great titles all rolled into one If you were sitting around hoping that someone would combine Guitar Hero, Fruit Ninja, and an iconic weapon from a huge Sci-Fi franchise, then you are in luck as it looks like Beat Saber will answer that hope. It may sound like a lot to take in there, but this is a new VR title that Hyperbolic Magnetism is working on for the Oculus, Vive, and PS VR systems that will give you a blend of all of that. The rhythm of GH, the slashiness of Fruit Ninja, and all with lightsabers of sorts to keep the custom music flowing and your beat bouncing in tune. Read More...

Review â High Noon VR
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 12th of January 2018 - 05:00 PM ]
High Noon We sit down and review High Noon VR. An old-west shooting gallery in a VR setting. Here is our review of High Noon VR When it comes to VR one of the staple genres that come to mind are the shooter or shooting gallery style game and this is where we find High Noon VR in the mix of it all. It is a bit more than just that out of the gate, but that is about the basics to get us all started here with Octobox Interactive's VR title that hit the PC through various means here not so long ago. Just like other platforms in the past, they needed something to fill a need and that is just what this game is aiming, pun intended, to do. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 10th of January 2018 - 03:00 PM ]
Sea Of Thieves There is going to be a closed beta for Sea Of Thieves here soon to make sure players know what they are getting into with Sea Of Thieves as well as fix some bugs, presumably It looks like those wanting to try Sea Of Thieves before shelling out their cash for it will get their chance to do so here in a few weeks. It has just been announced that Rare will be holding a closed beta for the game between January 24th and January 29th so players on the Xbox One and PC can see if this is going to be a game for them, but also to test out the servers and game before the March 20th release of the game. Feelings for Sea Of Thieves have been mixed among those who have seen some of the game already, and this could be a great way to entice more players in. Read More...

There Will Be A Whole Lot To Fear In The Inpatient
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 8th of January 2018 - 05:00 PM ]
The Inpatient A new teaser for The Inpatient is here to show off just how The Inpatient will feel and what kinds of fears we can expect to see In a few weeks, those gamers out there who happen to have a nice PS VR will get to experience what The Inpatient has in store for them. Those who do not will be left to wonder what Supermassive Games has crafted and came up with before Until Dawn in terms of story. It is weird to have an exclusive on an exclusive given that not all PS4 owners have gone VR just yet, but The Inpatient could be one of those titles that causes a shift and more players to drop their hard-earned cash. Unless they are all cool with either missing out or watching what is going on through non-VR videos out there of other people playing the game. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 5th of January 2018 - 01:00 PM ]
Injustice 2 We have our first good look at Injustice 2's Enchantress here and can look to add her to the Injustice 2 roster just as quick as she looks to be Get ready for a bit more magic to come to Injustice 2 as we have our first solid look at Enchantress and can confirm that she will be coming on January 9th. At least for those who have picked up the Ultimate Edition, Ultimate Pack, or the Fighter Pack 3 DLC. Maybe NetherRealm Studios will also have her out there as a standalone DLC at some point, but there are your options and I am guessing many of us out there have one of these already picked up for Injustice 2.
