Drawn To Death Will Be Bringing Us A Lot Of Great Content At Launch
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 14th of November 2016 - 06:00 PM ]
Drawn To Death The launch date for Drawn To Death is still out in the æther but we have a list of what will come to Drawn To Death at launch Hopefully by now you've had a chance to give Drawn To Death a play through the Limited Access that took place a little while back or at the many different conventions it has been on display at. It's been going through a great evolution since the F2P battle arena game first was shown on the PS4 back at the first PSX but it looks like Bartlet Jones took all the feedback as they promised too and have crafted the game more and more to what we all wanted to see. It looks like there is still some time until Drawn To Death comes to our systems though but that doesn't mean we have to be left wondering what will be coming with it all when it does. Read More...

Horizon Zero Dawn Is Truly Creating New Worlds For Us
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 11th of November 2016 - 10:00 PM ]
Horizon Zero Dawn Another behind the scenes video for Horizon Zero Dawn has released and this time we get to see how Horizon Zero Dawn's world was crafted for us We've seen some of the world of Horizon Zero Dawn but now it is time to have a look at a bit more. I mean, we've been told that it is going to be a massive one and given that we all know Guerrilla Games for the Killzone titles it may be a bit hard to get a solid grasp on it all. Not to say that those worlds were not huge in their own right, but for Horizon Zero Dawn we need something truly massive as we have an action RPG of sorts to play here on the PS4 and we can't be limited to the normal sizes of FPS titles out there. Also, now we don't have to keep speculating until February 28th on all of this. Read More...

So, Who All Will Be At The PlayStation Experience This Year
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 11th of November 2016 - 06:00 PM ]
PlayStation The list of developers heading to the PlayStation Experience this year has been released and we can all speculate which PlayStation games they will be showing off there The PlayStation Experience is quickly coming up as December 3rd and 4th are only weeks away now. We've been given a few details on it all and now we get to add to that information a long list of developers who will be on the floor out there showing off what they have for the PS4, PS VR, and PS Vita in the coming years. Sadly we don't have a list of the actual games that will be shown off but given that some of the devs here will have games coming out days or weeks after I think we can rest assured we will see the PlayStation versions of all of those titles. Sadly though, we won't be seeing God Of War even though the devs will be there. Read More...

Horizon Zero Dawn Is Looking Even Better On The PS4 Pro Now
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 2nd of November 2016 - 05:00 PM ]
Horizon Zero Dawn New screenshots for Horizon Zero Dawn have been released showing off about how nice Horizon Zero Dawn is going to look on the PS4 Pro Back in September we were shown a bit how Horizon Zero Dawn will be using some of the new PS4 Pro features to look even better on the system. We were also assured by Guerrilla Games that those who didn't have the Pro or a 4K TV were not going to miss out on much, just some of the great advantages that these displays can give us. Now we have a few new screenshots to look at here to see just about as close as we can to what Horizon Zero Dawn will be giving us on February 28th 2017 given that we have the ability to show it all off as well as it has been crafted. There is still some time for that so don't start to freak out just yet. Read More...

The Machines Of Horizon Zero Dawn Are Ever Evolving It Seems
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 19th of October 2016 - 07:00 PM ]
Horizon Zero Dawn A new behind the scenes video for Horizon Zero Dawn is out there to show off more of Horizon Zero Dawn's machines and ecology February 28th is still a ways off for Horizon Zero Dawn to hit the PS4 but it looks like things are still evolving and changing for the game as it continues to be developed. Of course this isn't anything new to the development process but it does look like Guerrilla Games is continuing the evolution of their machines in the game just as nature intended. At least the nature of Horizon Zero Dawn as it looks in the following behind the scenes look at the game where the team goes into detail on how each of the machines has changed over the course of the cycle here. Have A Look At How Horizon Zero Dawn's World Once Was
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 19th of September 2016 - 07:00 PM ]
Horizon Zero Dawn A new trailer for Horizon Zero Dawn out of TGS is here and it shows off the world of yesterday in Horizon Zero Dawn before it came crashing down At many conventions now we've seen the current state of the world for Horizon Zero Dawn. It is filled with all kinds of robots and it looks like Guerrilla Games has set it up to look as if nature is still trying to take it back while humans are just trying to survive. Of course the world of Horizon Zero Dawn couldn't have always been that way and it should have been assumed that there was some level of high tech before it all. It makes perfect sense and in the latest trailer out of TGS we get a look at just how the world was before the fall or whatever happened to it all. Read More...

This Week In Video Games 9/12/16 — 9/16/16
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 16th of September 2016 - 11:00 PM ]
Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here's a recap of what we covered in the world of video games This has been one rough week in video games now hasn't it? We haven't even been able to get through all the madness of TGS yet and already we've been all over the map. We had a lot of fun teases for Resident Evil 7 that turned into a lot of awesome things. Then we had delays for both The Last Guardian and South Park: The Fractured But Whole. At least we were able to get some reviews out for Hitman and Deus Ex: Mankind Divided for you to try and soften all those blows while the better news in video games came about. Read More...

PlayStation VR Is Coming With A Plethora Of Games Out Of The Box
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 13th of September 2016 - 09:00 PM ]
PlayStation VR The PlayStation VR bundle is coming with a demo disc and we have a list of all the games coming to PlayStation VR via this disc and download We are a month out from the PlayStation VR launching now and we've seen a lot of titles and demos for the system so far. Some coming right after the launch and some coming down the line. All in all there is a nice set of projects in the works here for the new PlayStation hardware. But with the pretty penny that the PlayStation VR unit or bundles will cost us we may not be looking to pick up a bunch of games and experiences right out the gate. Read More...

See Until Dawn: Rush Of Blood Bring Terror To Life
by Julia Schoebel [ Thursday, 8th of September 2016 - 07:00 PM ]
Until Dawn A new developer diary for Until Dawn: Rush Of Blood has been released and it shows just how Until Dawn is going to enter the VR realms and what the team has done We are getting ever closer to the release of Until Dawn: Rush Of Blood as the PlayStation VR system is on the verge as well. I've personally played the demo that Supermassive Games had put together a few times and see a few other videos of how the game has progressed. It looks like it could be a great VR experience but I'm still not sure if it should share the Until Dawn name and just be a hodgepodge of all of their titles. Read More...

Drawn To Death Gets Some New Characters, Maps, & Content To Look At
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 2nd of September 2016 - 05:00 PM ]
Drawn To Death The brawler/shooter Drawn To Death has been progressing along well and now we have a lot of new stuff to look at for Drawn To Death right from PAX It's been a while since we've had the pleasure of writing about Drawn To Death and just how the game has been progressing. Bartlet Jones recently ended the closed access to the game and there were always things changing in the back-end for the game during that but nothing specifically selected to be given out to the public by the team. Well short of all of the streaming of the game and small video clips for Drawn To Death that we all have been putting out there. But for the gamer that has been holding off to give the game a play until its full launch then you will be glad to see two more characters have been added to the roster, a new map, and a whole lot of new content. Review — Ratchet & Clank [Blu-Ray]
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 24th of August 2016 - 05:00 PM ]
Ratchet & Clank Ratchet & Clank has recently hit the small screens of home with new content. We had a chance to sit down and break the film down piece by piece. Here is our review of Ratchet & Clank Maybe you remember back when Ratchet & Clank first came out and that there was a feature film that was slated to launch with it. It did launch in theaters shortly after the video game's launch and Insomniac Games had its IP all over the place for a short time. As films always do, Ratchet & Clank left the big screen and we were left with only the video game to keep us coming. Read More...

Detroit: Become Human Has More To Offer Out Of The E3 Demo
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 29th of June 2016 - 05:00 PM ]
Detroit A new behind the scenes video for Detroit: Become Human has been released and it takes us deeper into how Detroit is being built to give us a rich experience I won't deny that Detroit: Become Human had me hooked way back when the first teaser for the game popped up as Kara. Hopefully you remember way back when she and the teaser for the game came out when Quantic Dream showed here off last year. It will make the rest of this a bit easier and also make sure you know of one of the other main characters we will be playing in Detroit when it launches on the PS4. A second protagonist was announced during E3 as we were given a nice little demo of the gameplay. Read More...

Death Stranding's Teaser Trailer Looks To Have Details Hidden Within
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 27th of June 2016 - 09:00 PM ]
Death Stranding It looks like Death Stranding, the huge reveal from Kojima, has a whole lot more hidden in the trailer than just Death Stranding's title, character, and themes During the PlayStation press conference and the entire week of E3 Death Stranding was one of the bigger games making a buzz throughout the show floor. Just as it should have been. As it turns out though it looks like there was more to it than we thought as Hideo Kojima, and Kojima Productions really, wanted just that. Read More...
