Far Cry 5 Has More Heroes For Hire Than You Might Have Thought
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 8th of February 2018 - 03:00 PM ]
Far Cry 5 Get to know the heroes for hire in Far Cry 5 a bit more with some character story and ability breakdowns so you can better clear the cult in Far Cry 5 In Far Cry 5 we already know we will not just be an army of one taking on the villainous cult that has overtaken Hope County. If you did not know that, then you have been missing out on everything that Ubisoft has put out there and need to get on top of that. At least if you have interest in picking up Far Cry 5 on your PS4, Xbox One, or PC on March 27th at least. For those who have been following along, we know that we will be getting "Heroes For Hire" mixed into the fun to bring down the cult and each with their own reasons and abilities to bring with them. by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 8th of February 2018 - 01:00 PM ]
Vampyr The fourth and final behind the scenes video for Vampyr is here and with it comes a look at the storytelling process of the game as well as the release date for Vampyr The final "episode" of the behind the scenes videos for Vampyr is here and with it comes a bit of a nice treat. It is something that we all figured Focus Home Interactive would do now that we are coming to a wrap on all of this, and all those assumptions were correct. That being the release date for Vampyr finally getting revealed for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. It makes sense as this seems to be the end of the big push for the video game. Read More...

Past Cure's Story Gets A Bit Stranger As It Is Detailed Out
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 7th of February 2018 - 03:00 PM ]
Past Cure A new story trailer for Past Cure is here and it comes with some new commentary that makes Past Cure's story sound strange but worth the time to look at Leading up to now, we have had some good looks at Past Cure and have been able to gather a bit of the story over time. It is a narrative driven title with all of the fun that comes with that, but it looks like there may be more going on than we knew before. Phantom 8 Studio has not given out all of the details for the story of the game so far, for good reason, but it looks like that is changing a bit with another look at Past Cure. Given that it is still slated to hit the PS4, Xbox One, and PC on February 23rd, it makes sense that we should start to get more to wrap our brains around for the game. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 7th of February 2018 - 01:00 PM ]
Injustice 2 The first gameplay footage for the TMNT in Injustice 2 is here and with it comes some extra changes to Injustice 2 to help accommodate the heroes in a half shell In just under a week we will be getting our last bit of DLC for Injustice 2's Fighter Pack 3 and those following along already know that it is the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. It came as a bit of a shock when NetherRealm Studios went with this team over many other characters they could have gone with, but it has been a pleasant surprise so far. More so now that we have them in action for Injustice 2 with some new gameplay. Read More...

by Duke Searles [ Tuesday, 6th of February 2018 - 05:00 PM ]
Conarium It has been officially announced that Conarium will be heading to the major consoles this year so more players can lose their minds with Conarium If you felt like you missed out on Conarium due to not having a gaming PC or choosing to play there, then you will be glad to know that now the game is heading over to the PS4 and Xbox One. Sorry to those Switch gamers out there, as it does not look like Iceberg Interactive has any plans to have Zoetrope Interactive to bring it over there. Maybe in the future, but for now Conarium is looking to expand out to the other major consoles on the market. Read More...

by Julia Thompson [ Tuesday, 6th of February 2018 - 03:00 PM ]
Smoke And Sacrifice A new survival RPG game, Smoke And Sacrifice, has been announced and to help Smoke And Sacrifice stand out it looks like the game will be hand-illustrated too Hey survival RPG fans. We have another title to keep an eye on here as Smoke And Sacrifice has just been given the announcement treatment and heading to the PS4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC sometime this year. It may have taken a bit of time for Solar Sail Games to get the announcement out there, but now we have our first look at this game and just how it will add to the genre and hopefully push it beyond. Right out of the gate, it looks like Smoke And Sacrifice is going to try that by having the visuals of the game have the hand-illustrated look to them all. Read More...

Space Hulk: Tactics Is Announced & Bringing A New Twist To Space Hulk
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 5th of February 2018 - 01:00 PM ]
Space Hulk A new twist on the Space Hulk franchise has been announced and coming sometime in the near future in terms of Space Hulk: Tactics Another title in the Warhammer 40k franchise is coming here as we have Space Hulk: Tactics announced for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. It looks like the people over at Cyanide Studio is riding the success from their past titles even further as Focus Home Interactive has optioned them to bring this game to us all based off the tabletop game of the similar name. Drop the tactics part off of Space Hulk: Tactics and you will be on point there for what I am talking about. But more or less, it will be the same turn-based title that you could expect but with some twists to make it not a simple port over to the video game world from the physical one. Read More...

The Peterson Case Will Show Us The Horrors That Could Have Been At Roswell
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 2nd of February 2018 - 05:00 PM ]
The Peterson Case New gameplay for The Peterson Case is here to help us see how the Roswell incident could have been a true horror show and not all fun and games Almost everyone out there has heard of the Roswell UFO incident and what happened out there. If not then get ready for a whole new take on it with The Peterson Case as it is taking that whole event and turning it into a dark horror title instead of the happy Sci-Fi thing that pop culture has made it. This is not the first announcement for the game that Quarter Circle Games has made for the game, but here we do have some great new gameplay footage to see and get a feel for just what to expect in The Peterson Case when it does come to the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. A release date or window has still not be set, but good things take time and from what I can see here that is just the case. Read More...

Far Cry 5âs Story Shows What God Gives, Man Can Never Take Away
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 2nd of February 2018 - 01:00 PM ]
Far Cry More of Far Cry 5’s story is being detailed out in a new trailer and we have a look at Far Cry 5’s Season Pass that will hold some great things We have had some fun looks at the story of Far Cry 5 so far, but now we get a much deeper look at the insanity that is going on in Hope County and why they all need us to help save the day. In the past we have heard and seen a lot of the work that Ubisoft had done to get the religious cult aspect feeling just right in the game as well as the environment. Up to now, it was a little 'iffy' for me on that side, but now that we have this new trailer to see, I think that Far Cry 5 is hitting the horrors and insanity on the head. Read More...

New Gameplay For Hunt: Showdown Straight From The Closed Alpha
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 1st of February 2018 - 05:00 PM ]
Hunt The closed alpha for Hunt: Showdown is on and now we are getting a whole lot more to see for Hunt: Showdown in its raw form As of yesterday (1/31/18) the closed alpha test for Hunt: Showdown was in full swing. Random participants who signed up for a chance have started to be selected by Crytek to join in the fun and, of course, select content creators have also been given access. While the primary goal of this is to help shape Hunt: Showdown into the game that we all want, it is also to help promote the game and get more gamers excited to join in all of the fun. That makes it sound like the team has not already done a great job doing that, but that is not the case at all. Read More...

We May Be More Human Than We Though After All In Vampyr
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 1st of February 2018 - 03:00 PM ]
Vampyr The third of the behind the scenes videos for Vampyr is out there now and this one gives us a bit more on the human element we will have to tussle within Vampyr Here we go with just a bit more for Vampyr as the third episode of the behind the scenes series is out there now and showing us a bit more on how Jonathan will still be human after he is turned. DontNod has been pretty forthcoming with the fact that every NPC in the game will have some kind of meaning and each death will have its toll on the overall story. That is why it does not come as much of a surprise that this is the focus again for Vampyr here but with a few new bits of gameplay and interesting facts about the "human" element we are going to experience in the game. Red Dead Redemption A delay has hit Red Dead Redemption 2 but now we have a new solid date to expect Red Dead Redemption 2 to launch on as well as some new screenshots The wait continues for Red Dead Redemption 2, but now we have a new solid release date for the game. As is usually the reason given for delays, it looks like Rockstar Games needs some more time to "polish" the game a bit more. Yes, the same polish excuse as usual. That said, we can now look for Red Dead Redemption 2 to hit the PS4 and Xbox One on October 26th now. Read More...
