We Sit Down And Review Game Of Thrones: The Sword In The Darkness. This is the third episode of Telltale's take on HBO's famed TV franchise. Here's our review on how they've done so far Fresh off the last episode of Telltale's Game Of Thrones we have the third episode The Sword In The Darkness. There was a rather quick turnaround on this episode which is good but did the episode suffer at all from the speed or does it help keep us all engaged as the TV version of the franchise is coming back soon? Well we sat down and played through the latest episode of Game Of Thrones so you can gauge if this needs to bump to the top of the play list or you can leave it be for a little longer. Without more gilding the lily let us get into our review for Game Of Thrones: The Sword In The Darkness. Read More...

The rest of the platforms will be just like the rest of the game with Xbox 360, Xbox One, PS3 EU, and PS4 EU on Wednesday and the rest on Thursday. The Dragons Are Here For Game Of Thrones — The Sword In The Darkness
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 18th of March 2015 - 05:00 PM ]
A new promo banner for Game Of Thrones — The Sword In The Darkness, episode three, shows that we may be seeing more Daenerys Targaryen in the game Here we are just over a month from the last episode of Telltale's Game Of Thrones and it looks like we may be getting the third in short order here. At least that would be the normal speculation as a promo banner for the third episode of Telltale's take on the franchise has cropped up. What is interesting here of course is that it proudly displays one of the great fire-breathing worms that everyone jokes about never coming. Well if speculation is true then it looks like we may be getting more of the dragons and their mother in the coming episode of Game Of Thrones. Read More...

Review: Game Of Thrones — The Lost Lords
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 6th of February 2015 - 10:00 PM ]
We Sit Down And Review Game Of Thrones — The Lost Lords. This is the second episode of Telltale's take on HBO's famed TV franchise. Here's our review on how they've done so far The release of Game Of Thrones — The Lost Lords has come and now we have Telltale's second episode for the six part story that links into the TV Show from HBO. The first episode was a bit on the slow side and stayed safe with all of the standards that have been set up via Telltale's normal storytelling structure but did this episode follow suit? Or did The Lost Lords break free of the iron bonds and give us something really new to experience with Game Of Thrones? Read More...

Game Of Thrones Episode Two Has Its Launch Trailer Now
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 2nd of February 2015 - 10:00 PM ]
Game Of Thrones — Episode Two: The Lost Lords has its launch trailer released now just in time for the episode to hit our systems It feels like Telltale is a little off the ball when it has come to the next episode for Game Of Thrones. At least when you compare it to all of the other titles that they have released usually we have this kind of trailer the Thursday before a huge launch. Maybe they didn't want it to get lost in the myriad of Super Bowl ads over the weekend or maybe I am just skewed in my memory. It just seems odd for them to have their launch trailer hitting just like every other developer's launch trailers do. Read More...

Game Of Thrones — The Lost Lords Has A Trailer & Release Date Now
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 22nd of January 2015 - 08:00 PM ]
Telltale has released a new trailer for Game Of Thrones Episode 2 — The Lost Lords and with it comes the release dates So the whole theory that the Game Of Thrones video game from Telltale was going to sync up with the premier of the next season of the Game Of Thrones TV show is going to be thrown out the window. That is unless we get hit with a few episodes back to back real quick as the next episode, The Lost Lords, for the video game is slated to hit on February 3rd now. That's right, no Game Of Thrones episode for January at all as we now have to finish out the two month wait for this new episode. Read More...

Telltale Is Working On Minecraft: Story Mode Now?
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 18th of December 2014 - 08:00 PM ]
Telltale and Mojang tried to hide a Minecraft: Story Mode announcement in a game but it looks like we are getting it Hey look, just what all those Minecraft players want; a story mode. No? Well Telltale and Mojang are now officially working on Minecraft: Story Mode just for all of you out there who truly want some kind of story behind all of the mindless hours of tree punching. My whole experience with Minecraft should be obviously only based on what was shown on South Park so I have no clue if there is more to the game than that. All I know is that there is no Minecraft 2 announcement but a Minecraft: Story Mode announcement here. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 3rd of December 2014 - 08:00 PM ]
We Sit Down And Review Game Of Thrones — Iron From Ice. This is the first episode of Telltale's take on HBO's famed TV franchise. Here's our review on how they've done so far The wait for the next Game Of Thrones season to start on HBO has been a long and grueling wait. Lucky for us Telltale has found a way to try and keep us involved in the franchise without having to read the books and spoil what we have yet to see make the adaptation. We finally have the first episode of Game Of Thrones out on our PS3s, PS4s, Xbox 360s, Xbox Ones, PCs; you see where this is all going. Here Is The Iron From Ice We Want For Game Of Thrones' First Episode
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 1st of December 2014 - 08:00 PM ]
Telltale Games has released the full trailer for Game Of Thrones — Iron From Ice to get us all ready for the episode's launch tomorrow The wait is now over and we have the first full length trailer for Game Of Thrones — Iron From Ice. This would be the first of six episodes for Telltale's episodic game adaption for the insanely popular TV show/Book series. Although the game is stated to follow the show more than anything and this of course covers the characters and the actor portrayals on the show. I mean, they have one of my favorite little people carried over in voice and likeness for Game Of Thrones officially now and he is supposedly one of the characters that made a huge change from page to screen. Be Thankful Now, We Have A Game Of Thrones Release Date
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 27th of November 2014 - 10:00 PM ]
Just as it was assumed, we have a release date for Game Of Thrones episode one straight from Telltale Crack open the wine and get ready for the first episode of Telltale's Game Of Thrones title to be released. Some of us have yet to even start munching on American Thanksgiving meals yet and we already have plenty to be thankful for now. Just as I assumed last week we are seeing Iron From Ice for Game Of Thrones during the first week of December. Unlike Tales From The Borderlands it looks like a global release will not be broken up more than we have seen in the past titles and episodes that Telltale puts out for their games. Read More...

Have A Nice Tease For The Game Of Thrones Video Game
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 20th of November 2014 - 10:00 PM ]
The first teaser trailer for Game Of Thrones from Telltale has been released and confirms a few things that have been in question to date We now have an official teaser trailer for Game Of Thrones' first episode, Iron From Ice, and it pretty much confirms all of those 'leaked' screenshots from earlier were for the episode and the game from Telltale. Now we just have to wait patiently for the official release announcement so we can boot up Game Of Thrones on our PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, and/or PC. It should still be sometime next month if Telltale is to keep their word on the first episode releasing before the end of this year. Read More...

New Game Of Thrones Screenshots Have Leaked Out
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 17th of November 2014 - 08:00 PM ]
Time to crack open some wine and have a gander at the 'leaked' Game Of Thrones screenshots from Telltale Games' upcoming rendition of the franchise Just like Star Trek fans all of those Game Of Thrones fans are just as rabid and trying to find any little extra they can when the franchise has something else coming out. In this case it looks like someone found some great Game Of Thrones screenshots for the upcoming title that Telltale Games is working on for the PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, PC, and Mac. Up until now we've had very sly teases from the developer as to what we could expect from the game but nothing all too concrete or as to the style that we could expect to see Game Of Thrones take. Review: The Walking Dead Season 2
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 27th of August 2014 - 09:00 PM ]
The Walking Dead Season 2 has come to a close and it is time to let you all know what I thought about the latest episode and the whole season That is a wrap on season two of The Walking Dead from Telltale. Episode five has been released and there is No Going Back now. See what I did there? I was lucky enough to be able to sit down and play through the final episode and give it the old gamer review. I'll try to keep things as spoiler free as possible but in the mix I will warn that there are a few spoilers I feel I had to touch upon as they were either things I loved or hated about the conclusion here. Also, I am trying something new for this review. Read More...

No Going Back Now As Episode 5 Of The Walking Dead Is Coming Next Week
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 21st of August 2014 - 07:00 PM ]
The release dates and trailer for The Walking Dead from Telltale has been released and it is looking more grim than ever This has to be one of the shortest turn around for a new episode for this season of The Walking Dead from Telltale. I'm not going to complain at all as it is high time that we get to see how this whole thing will end and hopefully what to speculate on for the previously announced Season Three. We have been able to watch Clementine grow both in age and in character so it should be interesting to see how all of that pans out as we move into the season's end of The Walking Dead. Before you hop into the trailer, this is your first spoiler alert; here are release dates for this final episode of The Walking Dead season two. Read More...
