PlayStation Now Has A Subscription Option Coming To The PS4
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 5th of January 2015 - 06:00 PM ]
PlayStation Now is getting a subscription option added into the online video game streaming service starting next week for the PS4 It looks like PlayStation Now is going to be giving us all what we have wanted since the first time we hopped into the Beta for the game streaming service. Not lower prices per game. No, not the ability to purchase a title for life. I am talking about a… oh … a subscription service to play all of those PS3 titles on your PS4. Read More...

Will PlayStation Now Be Viable For Every Gamer?
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 23rd of June 2014 - 09:00 PM ]
I take a look at the updated PlayStation Now Beta and here is what I think of its current state PlayStation Now was announced at the beginning of this year and was another huge focus at E3 a few weeks ago. It makes perfect sense as the service is slated to go into a "public beta" here in just over a month. That is July 31st for those out there who still had no clue. For those with a clue, then you would now that it is and has been in a closed beta since the first announcement. Read More...

Amazon has revealed their new Fire TV today and with that Amazon Game Studios has put out a 'sneak peek' at the games that we will soon be able to play on those Kindle Fires and Fire TVs. Game Rentals On The PSN And Not Through PlayStation Now
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 14th of March 2014 - 07:00 PM ]
It appears that there is a rental option on the PSN now and we are not talking about the PlayStation Now service. Back in January we first heard about PlayStation Now and about how we would be able to rent games or have a Netflix style service for our PS3's and PS4's. What we are talking about here is not the PlayStation Now service at all. In fact it was something that was randomly found and reported via twitter. Also it is only for one current title on the PSN. A Few Updates On PlayStation Now
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 10th of January 2014 - 05:31 PM ]
PlayStation Now was announced and we got some of the news but after getting to talk to some of the people behind the service we have a few updates. Earlier I wrote about my experiences with Sony's new PlayStation Now service that will be coming to market in the next half a year or so. I had a few reservations as well as a few other questions crop up during my writing. Being semi-responsible I decided to go and get some better clarifications and answers to expand on my experience. Here is what I learned directly from the horse's mouth at CES. Read More...

CES 2014 Hands On: PlayStation Now
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 9th of January 2014 - 05:32 PM ]
Sony unveiled PlayStation Now at this year's CES and had a little taste of it on the show floor. Here's what I discovered while giving it a whirl. In case you have missed the announcement, Sony has announced PlayStation Now as a new video game streaming service coming to the PS4, PS3, PS Vita, and Bravia TVs in the near future. Think of it along the lines of OnLive or the PC game streaming feature from GameFly but aimed at PlayStation games and at Sony products solely. That is the general gist of things but here's a bit more of a break down for you. Read More...
