by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 31st of October 2013 - 05:05 PM ]
There Is Some New Gameplay Footage For South Park The Stick Of Truth But It Also Comes With Another Delay Well isn't this some good news and bad news. The good news is that South Park The Stick Of Truth has seven minutes of new gameplay, I'll discuss here in a bit. The bad news, the game is delayed again and this time it won't be until next year. March 4th 2014 to be exact. Yet another delay from an Ubisoft title, but at least this one is just being published by Ubisoft and not developed by. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 8th of October 2013 - 06:22 PM ]
Now we know that South Park: The Stick Of Truth will be launching on December 10th this year keeping with its 'Holiday Season' promise. If you are wondering where that date came from, then you obviously haven't been paying attention to the internet or jumped down to the new trailer for the game below. Thanks for that. Is there anything else we can glean from this trailer that we have not been able to find? Read More...

New South Park: The Stick Of Truth Screenshots To Prove It's Not Dead
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 23rd of August 2013 - 11:43 AM ]
It was joked about back during SDCC, but do people really think that South Park: The Stick Of Truth is going to be dead in the water? I actually hear people still murmurs this, I'm not kidding, even though we have been shown concrete proof that it is still well in development and scheduled for release. I understand that missing the original launch date and losing the original publisher has a bit to do with this, but seriously?!? How could you be so dense? Read More...

SDCC 2013: South Park: The Stick Of Truth
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 26th of July 2013 - 07:08 PM ]
Didn't make it to San Diego Comic Con or the South Park: The Stick Of Truth panel? Well we got you covered. Or at least an amazing individual on the internet has you covered in the video aspect and I have you covered in the details as I was there taking notes for you. It should be no surprise that there isn't much in the way of new information since E3, but a few choice questions from fans and during the panel revealed a few tidbits. One of the best things I have heard in a while has to be that there are no plans to force DLC down our throats even though there were some major cuts from the 850+ page script of the game. Both Trey and Matt expressed a hatred for the term and that it was suggested when they had to start culling down the content. Read More...

E3 2013 Impression: South Park: The Stick Of Truth
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 17th of June 2013 - 07:35 PM ]
With the fall of the mighty THQ and the purchasing of South Park: The Stick Of Truth by Ubisoft, all of us have been questioning what may or may not change in the final product. Especially since Ubisoft has it's hearts with the French and the Canadians and the minds behind South Park love to tear them apart. With questions like that and a huge interest in the game, I took a seat and watched what Obsidian had to show us at E3 after the great publisher swap. Granted, some of these might not be additions or substitutions due to the swap, but it was all shown during the demo I was graced with. Read More...

South Park: The Stick Of Truth Is Still Blasting Ass With The Best Of Them
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 6th of June 2013 - 11:24 AM ]
I am so glad to see that South Park: The Stick Of Truth is still moving forward and striving given the loss of the original publisher and completely missing the launch date. While Ubisoft did purchase the game during the great THQ fire sale, I was a bit worried that this was going to fall into development Tartarus or be so altered it wouldn't be what we were led to expect. From the looks of the below screen shots and the bit of new information we have here it sounds like it is going to be just what fans of the show should expect. What is it that I say we should expect? Kill Goths, Gingers & Hippies In South Park
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 11th of January 2012 - 03:01 PM ]
So given all of the issues that the kids from South Park have taken on in the show, you'd figure it would be easy to assume that some of these people, places or things would make it over into South Park: The Game. Those assumptions obviously would be right and by looking below you can see a few new shots of the RPG title in the works at Obsidian Entertainment and THQ. All of which are assumed to be in game of course. Not that we could really tell the difference here as the whole game is being done in the same style as the show. Read More...
