Having Secret Identities In South Park: The Fractured But Whole Can Be Rough
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 10th of October 2017 - 05:00 PM ]
South Park It looks like South Park: The Fractured But Whole will show off more of the secret identities of the heroes and villains in South Park Every good superhero has a good secret identity and that looks to totally be the case in South Park: The Fractured But Whole based off the latest teaser trailer for the game that just popped up out there for our enjoyment. Of course, fans of the show would already know about all of this before Ubisoft became involved but it is fun to have a look at it all again and see just how the actions of the game may affect the children of the town. At least in terms of story as I am fairly certain that none of this will have any real impact on South Park after it debuts on October 17th here on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Read More...

This Week In Video Games 9/18/17 — 9/22/17
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 22nd of September 2017 - 11:00 PM ]
Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week Another amazing week of video games and everything in the bag. Even though it may have felt as if it was heavy handed toward a particular title, *cough* Call Of Duty: WWII *cough*, there was still a whole lot to cover. Then again, TGS was also going on so it makes perfect sense that there would be a lot of updates and news on all of the video games out there. Hells, we had a chance to see more for Resident Evil 7's upcoming DLC, then we had the Gold announcement for South Park: The Fractured But Whole, and even with Vampyr's delay we could not be brought down. by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 22nd of September 2017 - 05:00 PM ]
South Park Gold status has hit South Park: The Fractured But Whole so get ready to fully dive in and save South Park here in a few week’s time This could be some of the best news we have had this week as South Park: The Fractured But Whole has been officially granted Gold Status and will be completely ready for us all on October 17th. It has been a crazy wait and roller coaster of things for Ubisoft to finally get everything to the state it needed to be here, and now we can rest assured that there will be no further delays for the game. Now we only have to wait another month or so and we have the new season of South Park to help us through all of that currently so it should be a short wait. Read More...

This Week In Video Games 9/5/17 — 9/8/17
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 8th of September 2017 - 11:00 PM ]
Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week Another short week of video games has now come to a close. Well, at least it has here as we take the weekend to play some of the titles we had to cover or get ready for everything that is to come. There are a lot of video games that were shown off this week that are to come and that just means we all have to get caught up with our backlog so it does not grow too large. All so we can focus on replaying L. Read More...

South Park: The Fractured But Whole's Difficulty Slider Is Not What You Think
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 8th of September 2017 - 05:00 PM ]
South Park It seems like South Park: The Fractured But Whole has already caused a stir in the most South Park of ways but you most likely missed the joke due to 'controversy' As we mentioned earlier, we are still waiting for a bit more for South Park: The Fractured But Whole to give us more of the basic gameplay and other option we may get along the way. While we were waiting, it looks like Ubisoft has allowed some of the other bigger outlets the ability to give the first few hours of the game a play and then give out their impressions so far. It is the usual fair as we all know, but it seems like one little tidbit was the focus that took the internet by storm and caused all kinds of outcry back and forth. Read More...

It Is Time To Choose Your Side In South Park: The Fractured But Whole
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 7th of September 2017 - 05:00 PM ]
South Park New faction videos for South Park: The Fractured But Whole are here and it is time to choose which side of the fight you will take for South Park's future We are almost a month out form South Park: The Fractured But Whole hitting the PS4, Xbox One, and PC and we still have a whole lot of questions about the game that have yet to be revealed. Sure, there is still a lot of time for Ubisoft to reveal things before October 17th, but it feels like it is all rushing here in the best of ways. Thankfully, it looks like they have opted to open the gates on the two main factions that will be dominating South Park and we have them to look at to help make the choice a bit easier when it comes in game. This Week In Video Games 8/21/17 — 8/25/17
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 25th of August 2017 - 11:00 PM ]
Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here's a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week Another fine week of video games in the bag and there was still so much that we did not get a chance to cover this week. I guess that is what having another huge gaming event like Gamescom will do to us all when we are just trying to share it all. I mean, we had a lot of updates and news for Shadow Of War this week and a continued update for South Park: The Fractured But Whole. Not to mention some other great video games getting the announcement like Biomutant and Jurassic World Evolution. Read More...

South Park: The Fractured But Whole Is Getting A Bit Crafty
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 24th of August 2017 - 07:00 PM ]
South Park More gameplay for South Park: The Fractured But Whole has been released for Gamescom & it goes into more of the crafting system for this South Park game Last year at Gamescom South Park: The Fractured But Whole had a nice showing of the game at the state it was at that also came with a 4D experience of being able to smell the farts that were being produced. It was something to say you did and it gave Ubisoft a chance to spend more money promoting a title that was later delayed for almost another year. This year, as I am assuming, they are playing it a bit safer and, assuming, they are showing off a bit more of the demo for The Fractured But Whole that was shown off at E3. Read More...

This Week In Video Games 6/11/17 — 6/16/17
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 16th of June 2017 - 11:00 PM ]
Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here's a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week There we go with one of the busiest weeks in video games we usually have for the year. E3 has come and gone and there was so much to take in from the event as well as outside of it all. The press conferences had a lot to show us but that was only a fraction of the video games that were out there and we have many more to cover for you. Sure we had a chance to talk about Days Gone, Far Cry 5, and many more. Read More...

E3 Hands On — South Park: The Fractured But Whole
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 16th of June 2017 - 07:00 PM ]
South Park While at E3 I was able to see South Park: The Fractured But Whole in a more intimate setting than just a trailer. Here's my take on South Park: The Fractured But Whole. South Park: The Fractured But Whole is yet another title that we all knew would get shown off at E3 and then we had a chance to see a new trailer as well as its new October 17th release date for the game on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. That is why it was no surprise that it was part of the big showing of titles that Ubisoft had in their booth and around E3 in general. Lines wrapped the booth as South Park waited to get a chance to play the most recent build of the game and also for the first time. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 12th of June 2017 - 08:00 PM ]
E3 2017 Can't Be At E3 2017 Or The Ubisoft Press Conference? We Have You Covered With The Live Stream Straight From E3 2017 Not everything is going to be on the show floor of E3 2017 and because of that we have these huge press conferences and here we go with Ubisoft's huge event just before the doors open for us all. Here We Go With My E3 2017 Wish List To See Out There
by Greg Tatterfield [ Friday, 2nd of June 2017 - 05:00 PM ]
E3 With E3 2017 about to hit us, I figured it would be high time to get my E3 wish list out there in hopes to see a few titles during the event The biggest gaming convention E3 is right around the corner and excitement is building towards the event. Starting June 13th E3 always brings the biggest announcements and surprises in the gaming industry. This is my wish list for the event of what I hope to see this year at E3, in no particular order. The Last Of Us Part 2 Earlier this year Naughty Dog showed off a trailer of The Last Of Us Part II which showed off a bit of the story and how much time has passed since the first game. Read More...

This Week In Video Games 5/15/17 — 5/19/17
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 19th of May 2017 - 11:00 PM ]
Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here's a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week What a week in video games this has been. I personally thought that it was going to be another of the slow weeks given the proximity of the big E3 just about to hit us but then all of those developers and publishers opted to hit us with some really great stuff. I'm still reeling in the fact that South Park: The Fractured But Whole has an official release date and that we will be seeing the next Assassin's Creed title before the end of the fiscal year. Not only that, but we some a huge leap forward for video games with Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice and we also managed to get our review out for The Surge here as well. Read More...
