by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 7th of December 2020 - 10:00 PM ]
IONIA Have a look at Rhythm Of The Universe: IONIA as we aim to head to the land of IONIA in the first of many VR games in this line We have a new fantasy anthology heading to our VR platforms out there and now we get a little more of a taste for the one that is kicking it off with Rhythm Of The Universe: IONIA. This would be the first from ROTU Entertainment in their Rhythm Of The Universe series that aims to span a planned seven titles. Quite an undertaking for the studio to have for the VR and PSVR platforms out there, but I will take it and hope for the best. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 8th of March 2016 - 06:00 PM ]
Rock Band Harmonix, and in turn Rock Band, have entered a new co-publishing agreement that could me new Rock Band 4 features and new hardware to rock with If you were thinking that all you were going to get for Rock Band 4 as we pressed on was only going to be new tracks and minor updates to the game then you may have been right. It did seem that way as after the last major update it looked like Harmonix was kind of in a tough spot and just trying to stay afloat for all of the fans out there. Hells they are still working on a PC version of the game and don't forget Rock Band VR. Read More...

Rock Band 4 Heading To PC…If You’re Willing To Pay…
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 1st of March 2016 - 10:00 PM ]
Rock Band 4 Looks like Rock Band 4 could be headed to the PC platform as a new Fig campaign has been opened to complete development on Rock Band 4 for PC Rock Band 4 hit the PS4 and Xbox One only a few months ago and people questioned why we were not seeing it on the PC as the main competitor was hitting all of the platforms out there. Harmonix quickly rebuffed those claims with the reasons of piracy and not placing the game on a PC platform was the only way to negate that issue. Well it seems that was only a placeholder answer as now we may see Rock Band 4 land on the PC as they are looking for funding to bring it there. Read More...

Review — Amplitude
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 29th of December 2015 - 08:00 PM ]
Amplitude We sit down and review Amplitude. It's been 12 years in the re-making so there is a lot to live up to. Did they do it? Here's our review of Amplitude It is hard to believe that Amplitude originally came out back in 2003. It truly doesn't seem like that long ago but none the less Harmonix has come together again, with the help of a successful Kickstarter, to bring Amplitude off of the PS2 and onto the PS3 and PS4 for the new generation. This isn't just a port but a true remake of Amplitude. Of course fans of the game have a lot of expectations here and now is the time to dig in and see if they were met. Read More...

Rock Band 4's Gnarly Bugs To Get Fixed But You May Not Like It
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 23rd of December 2015 - 10:00 PM ]
Rock Band 4 Another major update for Rock Band 4 is on its way in January and it looks to fix major bugs in Rock Band 4 but will require a leaderboard wipe If you were thinking about doing a major Rock Band 4 marathon over the holiday weekend to try and rack up some serious leaderboard cred you may want to hold off for now. If you are just looking to have fun with Rock Band 4 go right ahead but for those looking to reach the top of the boards it looks like Harmonix is going to set everyone back to zero after their next planned major update coming to the PS4 and Xbox One this coming January. The good news though is that this is all to fix some major glitches and exploits in Rock Band 4 to make the game a bit more balanced for all players no matter the skill level. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 4th of December 2015 - 08:03 PM ]
Rock Band 4 A new gameplay mode for Rock Band 4 has been shown off, Brutal Mode, and it adds a huge spin on Rock Band 4 that many people may not be able to handle We've already heard of a few great things coming to Rock Band 4 with the next major update for the game. Well it looks like Harmonix had yet another feature mixed in that we are just hearing about called Brutal Mode. As if Expert and Breakneck Speeds were not going to kill us in Rock Band 4 already, now we have a new mode that will not only challenge the hardcore fan but pretty much anyone who is gutsy enough to give Rock Band 4's new Brutal Mode a play. This will not be for the non-nimble fingered for sure. Read More...

Amplitude Has A Set List & A Release Date To Prepare For
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 2nd of December 2015 - 06:00 PM ]
Amplitude The release date for Amplitude has been revealed as well as the track list of the songs we will be destroying in Amplitude once said launch happens The wait for Amplitude is almost no more as it is official hitting the PS4 on January 5th for all to download and play. Harmonix has been working hard to bring this PS2 classic title back into the fold with a new version of the game and a lot of us are ready to get back in. Amplitude was one of those fun college dorm games I remember and fell in love with so there is no doubt that I am ready for it finally hit very early next year. Well next year for those who didn't help out with the Amplitude Kickstarter in a huge way… If you happened to be one of those backers for Amplitude that threw down at least $40 then your wait will be even less as you'll have access to the game on December 23rd. Fallout 4 Is Taking Over Everything Including Rock Band 4
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 24th of November 2015 - 10:00 PM ]
Rock Band 4 It has been revealed that in Rock Band 4's upcoming major patch not only will there be new features for Rock Band 4 but also some new costumes based on Fallout 4 It looks like even Rock Band 4 cannot get away from the Fallout 4 fever that has been taking over the world as of late. In the next major update for Rock Band 4 it looks like Harmonix is going to mix in some new gear all based on the post-apocalyptic title for all of those fans who can seem to put Fallout 4 down long enough to enjoy a good old night of Rock Band 4. Seems like a daunting task for those gamers but it is something I can see them at least trying. Rock Band 4 deserves it and the wasteland needs some time to fill back in all of the dead enemies right? Read More...

“Weird Al” & BABYMETAL Heading To Rock Band 4… For Xbox One
by Duke Searles [ Wednesday, 23rd of September 2015 - 07:00 PM ]
Rock Band 4 Twelve new songs heading to Rock Band 4 for those who pre-order the Xbox One version of Rock Band 4 and they include BABYMETAL and “Weird Al” I don't think I've been this excited for Rock Band 4 or the franchise since GWAR was announced as DLC back in the Rock Band 2 days. I'm an odd one. Sue me. None the less it looks like another group of artists are making their way onto Rock Band 4 thanks to Harmonix the only catch right now is that they are pre-order bonuses for those who happen to pick the game up on Xbox One and not the PS4. A new Rock Band 4 video has been released to show off all of the new and improved features that we will get to experience when Rock Band 4 finally launches Earlier this week we had the full Rock Band 4 track list outlined for us to get us all hyped up. I could be a dick and tell you to read through all of our older news and updates for Rock Band 4 but it looks like I don't get the chance to as this latest update has all of the Rock Band 4 features and reasons to play in one small package. No bananas are included in this though as it is all Rock Band 4 stuff. Read More...
