Mortal Kombat Three more characters are revealed for Mortal Kombat 11 and they all are from past Mortal Kombat titles we have all loved The blitz for updates on Mortal Kombat 11 is on us as we have three more characters to bring up with a nice new trailer. Wolfenstein The release date for Wolfenstein: Youngblood is now set down for this July and we will be sharing this Wolfenstein experience with friends if we so choose The date is set and we will be seeing Wolfenstein: Youngblood out there this coming July. When in July? Well it looks like Machine Games is aiming for a July 26th release for all of this. A nice little Summer release for us to enjoy as we cool off and head to virtual Paris during the 80s in an alternate history where the Nazis control most of the world. Moons Of Madness A new cosmic horror title, Moons Of Madness, is announced with Moons Of Madness diving into the horrors of sanity in the vast void of space The cosmic horror trend continues as we have another title in the vein of it all announced with Moons Of Madness. This is not to say it is a bad thing, but it does look like the shift for the year is going strong with Rock Pocket Games digging into it as well for this Halloween. I will always take a good horror game for that time of year. Control The release date for Control is now confirmed and we can also see all the extras we can get with Control if we choose to pre-order It looks like the rumor and ‘leaks’ were true as Control will be dropping out there on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC on August 27th. This comes shortly after the date popping up on the Xbox Market place and instead of trying to deny it all, Remedy has just accepted things and opted to give it all to us. Not the biggest of news there for Control, but it does lead into some new gameplay and other things for us to take in and see if we are ready to throw down some cash. Samurai Shodown The release window for Samurai Shodown on the PS4 and Xbox One is now set with gamers having the chance to play Samurai Shodown during PAX East this year It was announced not too long ago, but now we get to see that Samurai Shodown is coming back to us sometime in June this year. At least for those who are planning to pick up the game for the PS4 and Xbox One as it looks like the Switch and PC gamers will need to wait until closer to the end of the year for this. Chernobylite The first gameplay for Chernobylite is here to get us all ready to help fund more of Chernobylite through an upcoming Kickstarter We had a few things for Chernobylite in the past and now is the time we have a small taste of gameplay just as GDC comes to a close. It also is here to mark the fact that The Farm 51 will be looking for some additional funds to get the game completed and out to us as they are getting the Kickstarter campaign wheels rolling. Thankfully, this will be to add in extra things for Chernobylite while offering up extras for soon-to-be fans and not something that will make or break the game at this point. Mutant Year Zero A new bit of DLC is coming to Mutant Year Zero: Road To Eden soon as Switch gamers will have a chance to take Mutant Year Zero on the go as well There has been a lot to come out of GDC this year and another cool announcement that came out is that Mutant Year Zero: Road To Eden will be heading to the Nintendo Switch. All announced in one of the best ways by The Bearded Ladies as they point out just how they can export the game to the new platform from the Unreal engine and are doing just that. Bloodlines 2 The announcement is here for Vampire: The Masquerade — Bloodlines 2 with Bloodlines 2 aiming for a Q1 2020 release window Words cannot describe how excited I am as Vampire: The Masquerade — Bloodlines 2 is now announced, but I will do my best here. Even though there is not much in the way of details for the game and an announcement trailer from Paradox Interactive to take in, we now know that all of the rumors from the past are now truths. Call Of Duty The next chapter in the Call Of Duty: Black Ops 4 Zombies saga is here to place this Call Of Duty back in the time of the ancient Greeks More zombies are on their way at us as the next chapter in the saga of the Call Of Duty: Black Ops 4 Zombies mode is about to drop on the PS4. Next week (3/26/19) gamers who have the Black Ops Pass will be able to download the new DLC and continue on the story that Treyarch is putting into this new mode. Life Is Strange The release date for the third episode of Life Is Strange 2 is set with the rest of the season of Life Is Strange 2 laid out for us The wait for the next episode of Life Is Strange 2 has been a long one and it looks like we will be waiting even longer for the third episode to drop out there in the wild. Mortal Kombat We have a new look at Kotal Kahn for Mortal Kombat 11 with Jacqui in tow with some new details on the Mortal Kombat 11 closed beta The announcement that Kotal Kohn was coming to Mortal Kombat 11 given that he showed up in the story trailer and other views in the past. That is not the news here, though, as we have new gameplay from the game and NetherRealm Studios has shown him in action fighting Jacqui Briggs in the latest trailer for the game. System Shock New footage for the remake of System Shock is here to show off the medical level and just what to expect from the System Shock title What an interesting time we are living in where we get not only an update for System Shock’s Remake, but also an update for the third title in the series in just under twenty-four hours. I find it interesting and am certainly glad to see that Nightdive Studios is still working hard on this version of the game for us all. More so given the fact that many other remakes have been done so well to bring the original vision to life in the modern era than was possible when the original System Shock was released.
