Sinner: Sacrifice For Redemption Is Coming To Test Your Need For Atonement
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 9th of August 2017 - 05:00 PM ]
Sinner A new game, Sinner: Sacrifice For Redemption, has been announced and it will be testing the “Sinner” in each of us as we traverse Hell I hope you are ready to go to Hell again as we have Sinner: Sacrifice For Redemption just recently getting an announcement and a bit of a gameplay trailer to show it all off. As if this premise hasn't been done to death already in our media, but nonetheless, Dark Star Game Studios is coming together to bring us this epic story and give us some different gameplay to go with it. If you haven't heard of said studio before, it is okay. Read More...

Game On As The Riddler Is Here To Terrorize In Batman: The Enemy Within
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 7th of August 2017 - 09:00 PM ]
Batman The first episode of Batman: The Enemy Within has been released just in time to show us how dark this new season for Batman will be here With Batman: The Enemy Within's first episode dropping this week, I guess it is a good time to have a look at the latest trailer for the episode and see just what we could be in store for the whole ride. If anything, just what Telltale Games may have for us in the first installment of this continuation of the altered universe cannon we've had so far. Seeing as the first season's choices for Batman will be carried over and they did a few things that the comics have yet to do, I'm going to just assume this is all non-cannon for the official comic line. Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus Takes Us To Roswell & All That Comes With That
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 3rd of August 2017 - 07:00 PM ]
Wolfenstein A lot of new gameplay for Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus has been released and we get to see Wolfenstein's take on Roswell and all the aliens there If there is one thing, we have not been in a drought of gameplay for Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus. It almost seems like we can't go a full week without some new bit of gameplay for the game getting placed out to excite and titillate. It's almost like Machine Games doesn't want there to be any surprises when Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus launches on October 27th for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Then again, this could just be faith in the project that Bethesda has so that we can get almost an hour more of gameplay and still have so much yet to be seen and experienced in the full game. Batman: The Enemy Within Has Been Announced & Coming Next Week
by Julia Schoebel [ Monday, 31st of July 2017 - 07:00 PM ]
Batman During SDCC Batman: The Enemy Within has been announced and will continue the story that Batman: The Telltale Series started for us all So many things received the announcement out at SDCC and it sucks that Batman: The Enemy Within fell through the cracks over here. Especially given that the first episode is set to drop on August 8th next week and the fact that this IP has been one of the better ones in Telltale Games' basket for a while now. At least it has been for me and I have been wanting more of this Batman for quite some time now that the season ended for the other one. I just want to see where it all goes and how all of the choices will alter this brave new world for the character and all of the villains I made or took down over the course of it all. Read More...

Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus' Milkshake Brings The Nazis To The Yard
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 27th of July 2017 - 07:00 PM ]
Wolfenstein New gameplay for Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus has dropped with more tension & we have a look at Wolfenstein II's Season Pass I hope you are ready for another massive drop of footage and fun for Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus. I know I am and that is just about what Machine Games has given us all over the place with a lot of new gameplay and the announcement of a Season Pass worth of DLC that we can pick up now in preparation for the October 27th release on the PC, Xbox One, and PS4. To top even more of the fun off for Wolfenstein II we even have a massive amount of gameplay that looks to show off a good portion of the first mission in the game and just how it all picks up right after the last title Bethesda brought us. Like I said, all kinds of fun and good stuff to look at and dissect out there. Read More...

Get A Feel For Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus' World With German… Or Else!
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 14th of July 2017 - 05:00 PM ]
Wolfenstein More of the Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus live action videos have been placed out there to give us a better feel of Wolfenstein II's new world Here we go with yet another of those propaganda videos for Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus and this time it is one to show us just how the Nazis would have handled American pop culture if they would have won WWII. At least this is how Machine Games has pictured it all in the alternative history view they have for the game. While I have a feeling we won't see German… Or Else! Read More...

It's Time To Meet Liesel Who Is Coming To Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 7th of July 2017 - 05:00 PM ]
Wolfenstein Another gameplay clip for Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus has been posted with a bit more of a look at Wolfenstein II's new Panzerhund It is no shock that the Panzerhund is going to be back in Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus. I mean, we've already seen it in action during the original announcement that Bethesda had for the game during E3 in way of the old 'propaganda' video that aims to sell us all one. One called Liesel at that, but what we need is more of the gameplay for it in Wolfenstein II right? The correct answer is yes as not only has it been visually improved, presumably the AI as well, but Machine Games has added a few extra things to it to give it an extra punch. Read More...

The Evolution Is Complete As StarCraft Remastered Has A Release Date
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 30th of June 2017 - 05:00 PM ]
StarCraft Get ready to dive back into StarCraft as the recently announced StarCraft Remastered has been given an August release date now Back in March it was announced that we were going to be getting StarCraft Remastered for the PC and Mac. Fans and those looking for more nostalgia rejoiced and praised Blizzard for doing this for everyone as it was one of their best RTS titles. At least in my opinion and many others. But sadly, all we had was word that this StarCraft Remastered was coming and no solid word on a release date. Read More...

There Is So Much Going On With Terror Billy In Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus
by Duke Searles [ Wednesday, 28th of June 2017 - 07:00 PM ]
Wolfenstein At E3 Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus was fully revealed to the world but there was so much more to Wolfenstein II than could be covered in one sitting If you were paying attention out at E3 this year then you already know that Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus has been officially announced and also coming to the PS4, Xbox One, and PC on October 27th this year. It really is starting to seem like Bethesda has their things on lock over there with keeping titles as hard rumors until their big event and then drop it on us all that it is coming this year. It's happened a few times now and here we go again with Machine Games' latest in Wolfenstein II. Read More...

Jump For Joy As We Happy Few Gets Another Major Update & Area To Explore
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 31st of March 2017 - 09:00 PM ]
We Happy Few The second major update for We Happy Few has been released and this one adds in some requested items as well as adding to We Happy Few a new area to explore Great news for all of those gamers out there still enjoying We Happy Few. It looks like there is now even more to enjoy as a new major update for the game has been pushed out there that adds a whole new area to explore and quest on. Not only that, but some other great things have been added into the mix so that you can now stop pestering Compulsion Games for a bit so they can double down on making We Happy Few a final project and not an early access thing that we have right now. When you force the developers to look at things that could be left alone for now it only pushes the final launch out just that much further. Read More...

System Shock 3 Has Landed A New Publishing Deal To Secure Its Release
by Duke Searles [ Wednesday, 15th of March 2017 - 05:00 PM ]
System Shock 3 A new publisher has joined to help System Shock 3 finally come to fruition after System Shock 3 was first confirmed back in 2015 with little else Maybe you remember back in December of 2015 when we finally had word that System Shock 3 was officially in the works or maybe you don't. It has been quite some time since we've hear anything new out of Otherside Entertainment on it and I know it fell on the back-burner for me as well. As it turns out it looks like System Shock 3 is still happening and that Starbreeze will be helping bring the game to market for the PC and "other platforms. Read More...

Psychonauts 2 Adds A Publisher To The List & Aims For A 2018 Release
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 6th of February 2017 - 10:00 PM ]
Psychonauts 2 A new deal for Psychonauts 2 has been struck adding in a major publisher and setting the release window for Psychonauts 2 to 2018 at some point It looks like Psychonauts 2 could potentially be an even larger title than we thought as not only has it raised enough funds from the general gaming community, but now it looks like the game is getting another major bit of funding with a new publisher agreement. It has just been announced that Double Fine and Starbreeze have entered into an agreement to add $8 million USD to the funds to make Psychonauts 2 above and beyond what has already been raised on Fig. It doesn't look like this will alter any of the existing things set up through the crowd funding and investing site but it will allow for a larger budget and hopefully a bigger and better game in 2018. Review — Batman: The Telltale Series — City Of Light
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 21st of December 2016 - 08:00 PM ]
Batman We sit down and review Batman: The Telltale Series — City Of Light. This is the fifth episode of Telltale's take on the Batman franchise. Here's our review on how they did Here we go, and just before the holidays, but Batman: The Telltale Series' first season has come to a close and all of the mixed up lore that has been presented to us has all come to a head. It has been one interesting ride with Telltale Games' take on the beginning of the franchise and it has even brought us a few new bits of gameplay mechanics to go along with an epic story we've never really heard before. So far we've been rather impressed with Batman: The Telltale Series but now that the final episode is here, it is time to see if it is wrapped up nicely for us to want to look forward to another season or just something that should be left to rot in Arkham. We Need To Head Back To Arkham In Batman: The Telltale Series' Last Episode
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 13th of December 2016 - 06:00 PM ]
Batman The final episode of Batman: The Telltale Series' first season is here and we get to join Batman as he heads back into Arkham to save Gotham yet again Today is the day as Batman: The Telltale Series' actions and events all come to a head with the final episode of the season releasing. It sure has been one insane ride through the new take on the franchise that Telltale Games has given us and I know that I have been mostly impressed so far. Especially given my views on the character and all of the villains that he takes on in every comic, show, and film. Now we get to see how this all ends and we build up for the most likely Batman: The Telltale Series season two. Read More...
