Looks Like Castlevania To Be Resurrected By DLC

Castlevania: Lords of Shadow came and went. It was a great addition to the franchise in my opinion but the replay on the game is almost nonexistent. Once you beat the main game and then clean up the challenges and Paladin play-through there really is not much more to do with the game. It just sits on the shelf collecting dust like all of tomes in the Vampire's castle. To make sure this isn't going to happen too long, it would seem that Konami is dishing out some DLC to give you more reason to head back. Read More...

Where does he get all those wonderful toys? Oh wait wrong franchise for that quote. But it still kind of fits for Jigsaw in the Saw film and video game franchises. Doesn't it? For those of you that don't know where he gets them let me spoil it for you. He makes them himself, unlike Batman. Just like any good builder, be it creative death traps or video game level design, it all has to start somewhere. That somewhere usually blueprints or conceptual art for the ultimate thing to slay audiences minds. So if you skip on below, after reading that is, you will see the new trailer for the next Silent Hill game nicely titled Silent Hill 8; at least the working title for now. This is what was shown to those in the horribly failed Konami Press event. At least as far as the presenters and a few titles go, it was failed. At E3 2009 Konami showed a trailer, for the first time, for Castlevania: Lords of Shadow. Needless to say, it took nearly everyone by surprised. A year later Konami showcased the game with a playable demo. I wasn't able to play the full length of the game but I still played long enough to talk about what I played. The demo started off in the rainy village, where Gabriel has come to find leads about the whereabouts of a powerful unnamed entity.
