Control The next developer diary for Control is here to show us the Oldest House and headquarters of the Federal Bureau of Control Here we go with the next developer diary for Control and this one takes us deeper into The Oldest House of the game. This would be the headquarters of the main organization we will be in charge of in the game as well as the location for the game. We have heard and seen a bit of it from Remedy in the past, but this time we get to know it a bit better and also see more than we have seen in the public before. Devil’s Hunt A new third-person title, Devil’s Hunt, has been announced and it looks like we are going back to Hell for the adventures of Devil’s Hunt as well Game developers sure do love to use Hell as the backdrop of their games recently and we have yet another in that same vein announced here with Devil’s Hunt. This would be the next title coming out of Layopi Games and 1C Company for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC sometime in 2019. Darksiders Another new look at Darksiders III is here to show us how the puzzles of Darksiders III will feel the same but play out very different It looks as if we all have time for one more video for Darksiders III here and this one takes us into the world of puzzles. Not an actual world in the game, but a look at how the team over at Gunfire Games has been slowly changing and evolving the puzzles in the world for us to try to figure out. Given that the franchise has never been a puzzle only title, it may sound a bit off to here, but in Darksiders III it looks like things have evolved to make more sense in the game world as well as add a new challenge to what we already know. They would need to do this in some way or the franchise would fizzle out before THQ Nordic can get to the fabled fourth chapter of the story… Anyways, we get a new commentary view of some of the old footage we have seen for Darksiders III already. Well, more about the path that Remedy games took when crafting the gameplay for the game as we do not have anything new in those terms to see but they do have a lot to say about it. Darksiders A new video for Darksiders III is here to show us how Fury gets her flame from in the usual Darksiders manner We have seen a bit of Fury's Flame Form in the past for Darksiders III, but now it seems like it is time to spoil how she earns it in the game and it plays out much like you think. That is most likely why Gunfire Games was okay with sharing it as it lets us see how much more of a badass Fury will be in the game and also keep us engaged with THQ Nordic until November 27th when it launches. Spider-Man Another bit of story is out there for the upcoming Spider-Man game and we have a look at the last of the pre-order Spider-Man suits from SDCC Just as many of us thought, Spider-Man for the PS4 was one of the big games out at SDCC that Marvel was out there showing off. It was not the only one, but that will be our focus on things right now as Insomniac Games’ version of the franchise will be landing here on September 7th and the other games looked at are out already or further out than that. All of that said, it looks like there will be even more characters than we thought in Spider-Man when it launches in all of the heroes, allies, villains, and anti-hero categories. Pathfinder The release date for Pathfinder: Kingmaker has been set and we will be mixing it all up in the Stolen Lands of Pathfinder in extremely short order One more update is here for Pathfinder: Kingmaker and it is a big one here. We finally have a release date for the digital version of this adventure path that has captured many imaginations and Owlcat Games has poured in so much time and effort into bringing it to life. For me, it was a bit of a concern that Pathfinder: Kingmaker would have been pushed out way out there given that the title had been picked up by Deep Silver. Thankfully, it does not look like they have done much to change the team's original idea but made it so they did not have to worry about where their funds are coming from. Read More...

Darksiders New gameplay for Darksiders III is here to show us another boss fight that we will have to take on when Wrath comes calling in Darksiders III There is still a bit of time before Darksiders III hits us on November 27th which means there is still a lot of time to have a look at more of the bosses that Gunfire Games has put together for us. We have seen Sloth so far in the past from THQ Nordic, and now we have a look at Wrath in the game and we can mark off one more of the sins we will see in action. I do hope that we do not get them all spoiled for us before Darksiders III finally hits the PS4, Xbox One, and PC, but it is new gameplay to look at as well as some of the first of the voice work we will get to hear in the game. Fear The Wolves The Early Access for Fear The Wolves has been pushed back a bit as the closed beta for Fear The Wolves found a few things that needed work If you were looking forward to the Early Access for Fear The Wolves to hit our PCs, then you will need to take a seat as it looks like it has been pushed back just a bit. It has been pushed back from July 18th to sometime this Summer as Vostok Games wanted to put some extra work into the game before Focus Home Interactive dropped it out there for order or purchase. It does not sound like there is anything completely wrong with Fear The Wolves, but the closed beta that recently concluded did have some things that were not up to their wants and needs so it was pushed.
