You May Want To Reassemble Your Team For Call Of Duty: WWII & Beyond
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 18th of October 2017 - 03:00 PM ]
Call Of Duty We have a new live action trailer for Call Of Duty: WWII and also a look at just where the Call Of Duty franchise may be going This is going to have to be one of the stranger updates we have had so far for Call Of Duty: WWII, but it is an update and something new to spy on just a few weeks before it comes home to our PS4, Xbox One, and PC. I wish I could say it is all about some sweet new gameplay that Sledgehammer Games has for us here, but it is mostly all about what Activision has for us to spend more money on the game and get us all to pre-order it well before launch. As if you needed further reasons to do that given that this title is taking us back to the Call Of Duty and looks to offer up some of the new things we should be expecting in future titles. Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus Shows How The Wrong Country Was Messed With
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 17th of October 2017 - 01:00 PM ]
Wolfenstein Another trailer for Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus has dropped to grab more attention for Wolfenstein II as well as hint at another character we will see It is almost time to fight back against all of the horrible ideologies that will be making up Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus. I am not say that Machine Games and/or Bethesda has had bad ideas for the game here, but that there is definitely a focus on all of the horrible things from humanity's past and what could have been if we did not have heroes like Blazkowicz to save us all. Or at least fight the powers that have risen since the last Wolfenstein game. All of which are things we should have seen if we have been following along for the franchise as well as getting ready for October 27th to land and bring this new game to our PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week There we go with one more week of video games in the bag with so much going on this week alone. Some of it in the news and update arena, but also some of it in the major game releases for this week and the next few that will be coming up quickly. Only a few more days until South Park: The Fractured But Whole is out and that is only if you have had time to hammer through the video games that came out this week. A Brave New World Is Coming Soon For Life Is Strange: Before The Storm
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 12th of October 2017 - 03:00 PM ]
Life Is Strange The second episode of Life Is Strange: Before The Storm has been given a release date and some old characters from Life Is Strange will be showing their faces here If you have been anxious as I have for Life Is Strange: Before The Storm to get its second episode then you can kick back and get ready as it has been dated and the story will carry on. Thankfully, Deck Nine Games did not make us all wait too long to carry on with the story as it looks like said episode will be coming to the PS4, Xbox One, and PC on October 19th so we can all pick up where we left off. That or know that we are getting closer to being able to sit down and experience the whole version of Life Is Strange: Before The Storm in a lot shorter time than some of those other episodic titles out there. by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 12th of October 2017 - 01:00 PM ]
Horizon Zero Dawn A new environmental trailer for Horizon Zero Dawn: The Frozen Wilds shows off the new look and lands coming to Horizon Zero Dawn next month There have been some amazing sights to see in Horizon Zero Dawn already and it is hard to search for photos from the game without seeing something awe-inspiring in the mix of it all. If ever was there a game that needed the photo mode it was this one and Guerrilla Games did completely right by the PS4 fans out there by adding it in. Now with Horizon Zero Dawn: The Frozen Wilds coming up quickly with its November 7th release date, it is time to get those photo buttons ready again as it is going to be adding in so many new locations and effects to see in the game's world that we will need to snap so many more photos. by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 5th of October 2017 - 05:00 PM ]
Horizon Zero Dawn A Complete Edition for Horizon Zero Dawn has been announced and it will bring Horizon Zero Dawn to more with the Frozen Wilds DLC included If for some reason you have skipped out on Horizon Zero Dawn since it launched on the PS4 earlier in this year, then you will get the better version of it here this December as a "Complete Edition" of the game has just been announced. It does seem a little too soon for Guerrilla Games to announce this for me, but here it is and poised to get more of us out there to pick it all up. At least if you are in that small group of gamers out there who have yet to pick up Horizon Zero Dawn yet. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 29th of September 2017 - 07:00 PM ]
Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week This was an exciting week for video games now was it not? It started to feel like it was going to be all over the place and then it was, but it also brought with it a lot more on God Of War and Star Wars Battlefront II so we cannot really complain. Not only that, but there was all kinds of Resident Evil news for all of the consoles out there and the continued push for more on Wolfenstein II and The Evil Within 2. All kinds of twos this week but thankfully video games are well out of that terrible stage of existence now. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 29th of September 2017 - 01:00 PM ]
Wolfenstein An extended gameplay video for Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus shows off some new gear for Wolfenstein II and just how to clear out New Orleans of Nazis You wanted more footage for Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus and now we have it. A whole lot of gameplay footage straight from Machine Games on this that shows off a bit more of New Orleans after it has had a wall built around it and filled with Nazis. Nazi that are ripe for the punching and shooting here. Of course, there are many other ways to end their lives in Wolfenstein II, but this is where we are going with all of this as we see some new gear and gadgets we will get to use when the game hits on October 27th for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. This Week In Video Games 9/18/17 â 9/22/17
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 22nd of September 2017 - 07:00 PM ]
Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week Another amazing week of video games and everything in the bag. Even though it may have felt as if it was heavy handed toward a particular title, *cough* Call Of Duty: WWII *cough*, there was still a whole lot to cover. Then again, TGS was also going on so it makes perfect sense that there would be a lot of updates and news on all of the video games out there. Hells, we had a chance to see more for Resident Evil 7's upcoming DLC, then we had the Gold announcement for South Park: The Fractured But Whole, and even with Vampyr's delay we could not be brought down. Call Of Duty: WWII Adds More Allies To Our Side Of The Conflict
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 21st of September 2017 - 03:00 PM ]
Call Of Duty Get introduces to a few more Allies in Call Of Duty: WWII as well as see just how authentic the team is trying to make this Call Of Duty title Just when you thought we had all of the Call Of Duty: WWII updates we were going to get for the week, Activision drops a few more. It is almost like they dropped the big story trailer and then realized that they left a whole lot out of the basic story that Sledgehammer Games has prepped and now they need to bring the rest of it all. Not really the case as it is all still promotion for Call Of Duty: WWII and reminders to pre-order the game on the PS4, Xbox One, or PC before November 3rd, but it can feel that way. Especially since we have another two characters to add into the grander scheme of the game and the conflict of the war we will be fighting. Read More...

Shadow Of The Colossus Shows Off A Bit More At TGS
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 20th of September 2017 - 05:00 PM ]
Shadow Of The Colossus A little more footage for Shadow Of The Colossus has been shown off at TGS and it shows just how Shadow Of The Colossus has been rebuilt The roof shook when it was let loose that Shadow Of The Colossus was getting a remake for the PS4 during the E3 conference. Get ready to get those roofs shaking again as we have more to see for the game straight out of TGS. It looks like Bluepoint Games is in full swing to get this version of Shadow Of The Colossus out there as this one is all about how well the game looks even though we still have quite a bit of time before it launches. Sometime in 2018 still looks to be the projected date for the game, but that does not stop us from enjoying a little bit of it here right now. Read More...
