by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 22nd of October 2015 - 03:00 PM ]
Blood Bowl We Sit Down And Review Blood Bowl II. It's a fun twist on the popular sport Football in a fantasy world but is that enough? Here's Our Review of Blood Bowl II If you ever wondered what the game of football would be like in the medieval fantasy world of Warhammer you may have had that answered with Blood Bowl already. For those who haven't then it looks like Cyanide Studios wanted to make sure we all had a chance to know this kind of game as they have now brought us Blood Bowl II. It's the latest in the franchise that tries to marry the dice rolling fun of the original franchise into a virtual world with all of the sports puns, humor, and attempts at murdering each other on the football field. A Few New Screenshots For The Technomancer To Marvel At
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 8th of September 2015 - 03:03 PM ]
Another small batch of screenshots for The Technomancer have made their way online to show off the vastness and horrors awaiting us in our journey with The Technomancer The Technomancer has been in for one rollercoaster of a ride for me when it has come to its visuals and depiction of the mythical "Red Planet." Some shots and video I have seen from Spiders Games have blown my mind even though they are listed as pre-alpha. Others have not. Read More...

New Trailer For The Technomancer Shows Off The Horrors Of Mars
by Duke Searles [ Thursday, 13th of August 2015 - 03:00 PM ]
We have a new trailer for The Technomancer to show off even if it doesn't show anything more than a bit of Mars from The Technomancer Hopefully you are in the mood for seeing more for The Technomancer. I say that because that is what we have here for you and all today in the form of a new trailer for the game. We can thank Spiders Games for giving us something else to look at for The Technomancer. Sadly though it looks like there is nothing new to truly look at except for a bit more the oddness that is Mars in The Technomancer and one of the mutants that we are going to be compared to while being hunted for "going rogue" in the game. E3 2015 Impressions â The Technomancer
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 25th of June 2015 - 01:00 PM ]
While At E3 I Was Able To See The Technomancer In A More Intimate Setting Than Just The Trailer. Here's My Take On It Yet another title on the list of "those who tried to blow their wads before E3" would be The Technomancer since we all had a nice look and quite a bit of information handed to us before the expo even began. Thankfully though it looks like Spiders Games and Focus Home Interactive decided to leave some of the best for a behind closed doors-esque showing of The Technomancer. I state that because pretty much the whole video presentation that was shown can be seen below. Read More...

E3 2015 Hands On â Blood Bowl 2
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 24th of June 2015 - 05:00 PM ]
While At E3 I Was Able To See Blood Bowl 2 In A More Intimate Setting Than Just The Trailer. Here's My Take On It E3 isn't always about the biggest and best AAA titles but also little gems like Blood Bowl 2. This would be the fantasy, strategy title from Cyanide Studios and Focus Home all set around an epic football game where there are little to no rules that need to be abided by. At least when it comes to the safety of the players on the field. Fans of the franchise should already be well aware of all of that for Blood Bowl 2 but none the less I was able to get my hands on it at the show well before the September release date for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC versions of the game. Welcome To Noctis, The Free City, Of Technomancer
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 27th of May 2015 - 01:00 PM ]
New screenshots for Technomancer have been released to give us all a small taste before the big E3 showcasing of Technomancer Technomancer was announced a little while back with only a few screenshots and a description to go off. Spiders Games have yet to make any time that I have been able to write home about but Technomancer still looked to have a bit of promise. At least more than I felt that Bound By Flame delivered on but still being burned by that title, pun intended, I overlooked Technomancer in favor of other titles. It's kind of how the video games industry goes when it comes to things like this. Read More...

The Beautiful Chaos Of Blood Bowl 2 In Action
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 16th of April 2015 - 05:00 PM ]
We have a new gameplay trailer for Blood Bowl 2 and it shows how the Chaos All-Stars could play a game of football… Until now I have not been completely sold on Blood Bowl 2. It just looked like one of those games that were really targeted toward a very small subgroup of gamers. Most likely not the truth but that is how it has come across to me since the game was first announced by Focus Home. Now we have a new trailer out for Blood Bowl 2 and either they broadened the subgroup a bit or there is just something now that has caught my attention. Now I am ready to see what Cyanide is bringing with Blood Bowl 2. Read More...

Review: Styx: Master Of Shadows
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 22nd of October 2014 - 03:00 PM ]
We Sit Down And Review Styx: Master Of Shadows. Is this the Thief game that I've been begging for or just another flop? I've covered quite a bit on Styx: Master Of Shadows over the last few months and it is time to see if the game is worth picking up on your PS4, Xbox One, or PC. That's right. It is time that for me to actually play and review Styx: Master Of Shadows and let you know if it lived up to the hype Focus Home Interactive and Cyanide were hoping to build up for it. Just like I am building up the anticipation for the below video review for Styx: Master Of Shadows. I could just keep writing here to keep said anticipation going but instead I'll give you the ten minute review of Styx: Master Of Shadows. Read More...

A plethora of new 'behind the scenes' videos for Styx: Master Of Shadows have been released as well as the game's Release Date If you've been reading over the last few weeks you will have seen much on Styx: Master Of Shadows from Cyanide and Focus Home Interactive. If you've been reading a lot longer than that then you also know that I am a fan of seeing how our beloved games are actually made. Well it looks like we are all in for a treat here as we have not one, not two, or three, but four new behind the scenes videos for Styx: Master Of Shadows. The Many Faces Of Death In Styx: Master Of Shadows
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 19th of September 2014 - 01:00 PM ]
Another new trailer for Styx: Master Of Shadows shows us some of the ways we can die while playing the game Still no official release date for Styx: Master Of Shadows on the PS4, Xbox One, or PC but we do have a nice montage of a few ways that Styx will and can die in the game. Isn't that lovely? Well, at least it is something to show Cyanide an Focus Home haven't forgotten about all of us who are looking forward to Styx: Master Of Shadows. Time is running out though at least if they want mass spread knowledge of the game in the mix of all of the other big names coming out in the next few months. Maybe that is just me… I guess we'll just have to take solace in the fact that we have yet another gameplay trailer to watch for Styx: Master Of Shadows. Read More...

Styx: Master Of Shadows & The Attack Of The Cloneâ¦
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 12th of September 2014 - 01:00 PM ]
A new gameplay trailer for Styx: Master Of Shadows has been released and focuses on the clone attack that Styx can employ We are coming up on the launch month for Styx: Master Of Shadows so it is time to see a bit more in depth on the special attacks and abilities that we will get to employ when we fire this bad boy up on our PS4, Xbox One, or PC. We've seen how Styx can get all Assassin's Creed-like in the past so it is time that we see how he uses his own personal "co-op" to get around the castles and dungeons. This time we get to see the clone attack/ability for Styx: Master Of Shadows. Read More...

Time To Get Our Assassin On With Styx: Master Of Shadows
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 4th of September 2014 - 01:00 PM ]
A new trailer for Styx: Master Of Shadows shows off the assassin gameplay as well as hints to a release date Up until now Styx: Master Of Shadows has been shown off as a stealth and Thief-like title but now it looks like there is a bit of Assassin's Creed brought into the mix with the latest gameplay trailer. This is a little bit of a shock to me as up until now it has been shown that Styx cannot handle multiple enemies and needs to stick to tricks and sneak attacks. I'll take it none the less as this looks to add yet another manner of gameplay to Styx: Master Of Shadows for all those out there who don't have the patience to take things slow and stealthy. Styx: Master Of Shadows Will Make You Believe In Goblinsâ¦
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 18th of July 2014 - 03:00 PM ]
A new trailer for Styx: Master Of Shadows has been released to show off the main goblin doing what he does best Last month we were able to re-watch the E3 gameplay for Styx: Master Of Shadows and it looks to be the perfect Thief-like game to me. Now we have a nice little extra look at a bit of gameplay and a bit more on the story that will be taking place during the game. It isn't all that much more but it is something for what I am seeing as a sleeper hit coming to the PS4, Xbox One, and PC this upcoming September. I just kind of wish we had a more direct release date for the game but we have the month at least. Read More...
