Call Of Duty: Black Ops 3 Gets Its Own Free Running Mode
by Duke Searles [ Tuesday, 20th of October 2015 - 05:00 PM ]
Black Ops 3 A new gameplay mode for Call Of Duty: Black Ops 3 has been revealed in the latest livestream and this one adds a full free run mode for all to play in Black Ops 3 As if there wasn't going to be enough to do in Call Of Duty: Black Ops 3 with the campaign mode and the multiplayer modes, it looks like Treyarch is adding in yet another mode for all of us to enjoy in the way of Free Run mode. If that sounds a little familiar then you might be thinking of the entire Mirror's Edge gameplay or that of Dying Light. The difference here is that it is more of a "multiplayer mode" than anything for Black Ops 3 which adds yet another to the mix when it launches on November 6th for the PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, and PC. This Week In Video Games 10/12/15 — 10/16/15
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 16th of October 2015 - 11:00 PM ]
Video Games A Lot Has Gone On This Week. Here's A Recap Of What We Covered In Video Games It has been one of "those" weeks in video games hasn't it? I personally blame it all on the releases of the current video games and the news of other major video games like Friday The 13th and Styx that keeps all of the other news as fluff and filler instead of anything solid. I mean we do have Call Of Duty: Black Ops 3, Halo 5, and Fallout 4 releasing as well but when we have other great titles out there already why waste the shelf space now for when we can wait until there is nothing else in the limelight? Ah video games… Speaking of all of those video games in the lime light right now, outside of the below list of video games in the news to read through we are still working on a few reviews for titles that have already released or will be releasing in the coming weeks. Call Of Duty: Black Ops 3 Has A Few New Martial Arts With Cybercore
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 13th of October 2015 - 09:00 PM ]
Black Ops 3 A new cybercore trailer for Call Of Duty: Black Ops 3 shows off the new abilities we will be getting in the Martial tree for Black Ops 3 Here we go with another branch of the Cybercore abilities for Call Of Duty: Black Ops 3 and this time the focus is on the Martial branch. This would be the new melee or general attacking abilities that Treyarch has set up for Black Ops 3 from the looks of it as almost all of them are linked into that and whatever armor/exo suit you may be wearing. Effectively you can turn into the Invisible Woman or Hulk out is the main overview we have here for the new abilities in Black Ops 3. Don't believe me? Read More...

Evil Overshadows All In Call Of Duty: Black Ops 3's Zombies Mode
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 12th of October 2015 - 07:00 PM ]
Black Ops 3 A new trailer for Call Of Duty: Black Ops 3's zombie mode has been released and it gives us all a little more into the dark pasts of these new characters for the Black Ops 3 mode With each new bit for Call Of Duty: Black Ops 3's new Zombie mode it is still a bit jarring to me to see that the mode is not fully following the same path as all of the other iterations of it. Each before Black Ops 3 was generally set in the era of the core campaign or the core multiplayer area for the game. Treyarch doesn't look to be doing that here as, well as we've seen before, Black Ops 3's zombies will be set in the past of sorts and not in the future-ish setting that we already know is coming to the PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, and PC here on November 6th. This Week In Video Games 10/5/15 — 10/9/15
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 9th of October 2015 - 11:02 PM ]
Video Games A Lot Has Gone On This Week. Here's A Recap Of What We Covered In Video Games There goes another week in video games in the bag. Or case if you will. Things were all over the place this week and there were so many 'leaks' out there in the world of video games. I'm looking in the direction of Street Fighter V here and a bit at Star Wars Battlefront. Although the beta is out for the latter here so it's not really leaked any more. The first still very much so. Read More...

Check Out The Sick Abilities Call Of Duty: Black Ops 3 Gives With Cybercore
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 7th of October 2015 - 09:00 PM ]
Black Ops 3 A new video for Call Of Duty: Black Ops 3 shows off the Cybercore abilities in the Chaos tree just so we can see how we will be taking enemies out in Black Ops 3 We all know one of the themes in Call Of Duty: Black Ops 3 is the cyber-modifications that our protagonists and their antagonist will have gone through or continue to go through in the game. Treyarch has been very forthcoming with all of that as part of the theme for Black Ops 3. We've seen some of these enhancements used in the past but with the most recent video that Activision has let loose on the world we get a better feel for all of the new abilities we will get in Black Ops 3 here. The Story For Call Of Duty: Black Ops 3 Is Deeper Than We Thought
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 5th of October 2015 - 07:00 PM ]
Call Of Duty We've seen how deep the story of Call Of Duty: Black Ops 3 may be but in the latest developer breakdown it looks deeper than any Call Of Duty to date We've seen the story trailer for Call Of Duty: Black Ops 3 already and have had some time to digest it and get a feel for where Treyarch is going to be taking us into the future. It looks dark, depressing, filled with trickery, and just about what we have come to expect in a Call Of Duty title thus far. Although, in a recent video released by Activision for Call Of Duty: Black Ops 3 it looks like there may be something truly deeper, darker, and realistic coming to our PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, and PC on November 6th. Have A Look At The Perfect Future Of Call Of Duty: Black Ops 3
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 30th of September 2015 - 07:00 PM ]
Black Ops 3 The first story trailer for Call Of Duty: Black Ops 3 has been released and it shows a lot of the topics that Black Ops 3 is going to target outside of war You may not be excited but I know I am for the story of Call Of Duty: Black Ops 3. I am not all about how many kills I can rack up along in games like Black Ops 3 and with Activision releasing the first real look at the story of the game via tweets and the latest story trailer, we can now get a feeling for Treyarch is putting together for us on November 6th of this year. Get Ready To Move In Call Of Duty: Black Ops 3 With New Gameplay
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 14th of August 2015 - 09:00 PM ]
A new gameplay video for Call Of Duty: Black Ops 3 has been released to prep everyone for the Beta and it shows off the new movement mechanics in Black Ops 3 With the multiplayer beta for Call Of Duty: Black Ops 3 almost here and only a few tidbits of what we will get to experience in it out as of now I'd say it is high time for something new. This is just what we are about to get although I am sure that this is not what fans holding out for the beta are hoping for as we now have a tutorial on the new modes of movement in Black Ops 3 from Treyarch. There is going to be a lot more than just running and jumping here so I guess we needed to have a full on tutorial showcasing it all instead of the maps and modes for the Black Ops 3 multiplayer beta. The Call Of Duty: Black Ops 3 Multiplayer 'Beta' Goes Live Next Week
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 12th of August 2015 - 09:00 PM ]
If you've pre-ordered Call Of Duty: Black Ops 3 then you'll be glad to see that the multiplayer beta goes live next week for those PS4 owners If you've pre-order Call Of Duty: Black Ops 3 already then you most likely know that the multiplayer "beta" is about to go live soon. At least it will be going live soon for the PS4 version of the game as that kicks off on August 19th as Sony obviously paid more to Activision this year to get Call Of Duty: Black Ops 3 all the early stuff instead. All of the Xbox One players and PC players who pre-ordered Call Of Duty: Black Ops 3 will still be helping stress test Treyarch's servers on August 26th so don't think that they are getting left out in the dark here. Everyone needs to get in on this to make sure the Black Ops 3 multiplayer runs smoothly for everyone; including the non-pre-order gamers out there. Read More...

This Week In Video Games 7/27/15 — 7/31/15
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 31st of July 2015 - 11:00 PM ]
A Lot Has Gone On This Week. Here's A Recap Of What We Covered In Video Games Another week in video games is down and we are gearing up for another. More reviews and more news for all kinds of video games to come. I truly love that we were able to bookend this week with Until Dawn and had quite a few other zombie type announcements with Zombi and Advanced Warfare DLC. That is also if we miss out on the world of video games getting Mafia 3 coming with more news next week on that. I guess there will be a lot more news during Gamescom but we'll all have to wait and see as the crowds descend on all of those video games being shown out there. Read More...

The Reckoning Is Coming For Call Of Duty: Advanced Warfare
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 31st of July 2015 - 07:00 PM ]
The final DLC pack for Call Of Duty: Advanced Warfare, Reckoning, has a date and a trailer to show off all of the extras we will get for Advanced Warfare before the next Call Of Duty comes All good things have to come to an end and that is no different for Call Of Duty: Advanced Warfare's DLC packs. Especially since we are going to be getting the next huge title to the franchise here in a few months it would make sense that Activision would want to press on from this Sledgehammer Games title in preparation. Advanced Warfare has had a great run and now on August 4th the final bit of DLC for the game will hit the Xbox One. Read More...

This Week In Video Games 7/13/15 — 7/17/15
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 17th of July 2015 - 11:10 PM ]
A Lot Has Gone On This Week. Here's A Recap Of What We Covered In Video Games It's been an intense last few weeks in video games and the news and I'm sorry we've missed a few recaps for the week. I blame E3 and SDCC for being so closely crammed together and there being so many new video games and experiences to have to cover. We are small but we are mighty when it comes to covering our video games. If we weren't you wouldn't have had those track listings for both Rock Band 4 and Guitar Hero Live to go through here.
