Injustice 2 A new story trailer for Injustice 2 has dropped and it shows off the big bad of Injustice 2 as well as quite a few new characters to join the fight We spoke of this yesterday and now we are here with a new look at Injustice 2 and confirmation that Darkseid will be a pre-order bonus mixed in there. What we didn't speak on was the fact that we would be seeing a new story trailer for the game from NetherRealm Studios and many new characters being added into the roster; even though we are still waiting for character breakdowns now. Resident Evil 7 The season pass for Resident Evil 7 has been given a bit more detail for those who want more Resident Evil 7 before the end of the year With only a few more days until Resident Evil 7, we have a lot of excitement and fear to get in check. January 24th is just around the corner and we've seen a whole lot more for the game from Capcom and there is of course still a whole lot more we are only going to get when the game lands. It also looks like three is a whole lot more coming to Resident Evil 7 after it launches and into the rest of the year. Injustice 2 It's been spotted via the Injustice 2 pre-order page that Darkseid will be a playable DLC character for Injustice 2 at launch Last week we got official word that Injustice 2 would be hitting the PS4 and Xbox One on May 16th here. Then we ended the week with a nice little tease from NetherRealm Studios that we would be getting another big reveal this week as well. But before all of that, it looks like we have another "leak" of sorts as the pre-order page for Injustice 2 was spotted listing out another character coming to the game via some day-one DLC for those who pre-order the game. Resident Evil 7 A newly licensed candle for Resident Evil 7 has popped up and aims to bring a 4D experience to Resident Evil 7 through VR as well as scent If you were starting to get brave enough to give Resident Evil 7 a play through in VR, or you already have, then it is time to try and up the ante here again. As it turns out, Capcom has another way to trick the senses here for the game as they have joined forces with merchandiser Numskull to bring a candle to us for the game. Gwent Since Gwent: The Witcher Card Game has undergone a few changes recently in the beta it may be time to relearn Gwent in preparation for its upcoming release Since the beta for Gwent: The Witcher Card Game kicked off last year we've seen a few things get changed up and reworked to make sure the game is at its best that it can be. It really is what CD Projekt RED is going for here instead of the usual demo hidden as a beta thing that most other companies go for when they really just want to hype a game or test their servers before launch. Styx A new cinematic trailer for Styx: Shards Of Darkness has released and it shows off a bit of Styx's stealth tactics and mayhem he can create in the process We are all still waiting for a solid release date for Styx: Shards Of Darkness as March is still the only part of the date still set out there but that doesn't mean that the videos and fun have to stop. Of course not and that is just what Cyanide Studios has brought us here yet again for the game with a new trailer aimed to highlight the thing we know Styx is good at; Stealth. It may not be the jump-scare and gore that you may be thinking of, but it is a nice look at the horror that Capcom has put together to bring the franchise back to its roots in the genre. For Honor The list of season pass content coming to For Honor has popped up online and shows that For Honor will be getting ninjas and centurions Looks like there was a bit of a mix-up over there at the For Honor website as it looks like the contents of the Season Pass accidentally found their way online and for us all to gaze upon. Yes, it looks like someone over at Ubisoft pulled the trigger a little early on the announcement as the content showed up on the site and then vanished. Of course, it was on the internet long enough that someone surfing around the For Honor site was able to snag the images and now we have a list of what will be coming with all of the sweet DLC that is promised for those who paid a little extra for the game. Horizon Zero Dawn A new cinematic trailer for Horizon Zero Dawn has been released to show off more story for Horizon Zero Dawn as well as enemies and allies Up until now we've pretty much seen the same bit of Horizon Zero Dawn over and over. We get Aloy running around and hunting in the same general section of the world that Guerrilla Games has put together for us and her to explore. I know I was personally getting a little tired of it and concerned for Horizon Zero Dawn as it looks like this was more or less the bread and butter of the game. Especially when we see that February 28th is quickly approaching and so little had been shown off for the game so far in terms of story, other parts of the world, and if there would be any other enemies and major NPCs for Aloy to interact with instead of the few that we've had since E3 of 2016. For Honor The closed beta coming to For Honor has been dated now as well as the War Of The Factions mode in For Honor being part of the fun too We all knew that the For Honor closed beta was going to be here before the end of the month and now it looks like we have a solid date on when exactly that is going to happen. It does look like Ubisoft is playing things a bit closer to launch here as the game does still launch on February 14th for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC and now the closed beta is slated for January 26th through to the 29th. That to me reads that they really want to do just a server stress test for the multiplayer of For Honor more than any kind of real balance to the game but maybe they will be able to take all of the collected data, compile it, and make the game tweaks just a few days before it is supposed to hit the streets. Guardians Of The Galaxy A release date for Guardians Of The Galaxy's physical version popped up at GameStop and could point to when Guardians Of The Galaxy will launch this year It looks like we may have a timeline for when to expect Guardians Of The Galaxy to release; or at least the first episode of the season. It looks like there was yet another screw up over at GameStop and the release date for Telltale Games' physical version of the series popped up online. Given how they usually run their releases for digital and physical versions, we may be seeing Guardians Of The Galaxy landing sometime in late March or early April for the digital release as the physical version was listed as April 25th on the site before being pulled back down and hidden again. Injustice 2 The Injustice 2 release date rumors have been put to rest as Injustice 2 now has an official release date for the Americas It looks like all of those rumors for Injustice 2 releasing on March 28th have been put to rest. Not only has NetherRealm Studios' game director stepped out to state that the dates listed online were false, but he went one step further and gave us all the actual date; something that we wish would happen every time a huge rumor crops up. None the less though, it looks like Injustice 2 will be hitting the PS4 and Xbox One on May 16th of this year.
