by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 3rd of March 2009 - 01:53 PM ]
View Of Sacred 2: Fallen Angel For those of you who are psyched for the new Action RPG Sacred 2: Fallen Angel, then you are in for some fun little eye candy. Just released are some screen shots and a new trailer for the game. Of curse they are below for you to ogle and make feel dirty like your next door neighbor who just happened to walk by their window naked and caught you staring with a telescope. What does look interesting though is the new engine that they use for the game. Some might not think that it is, but look at it. Read More...

Stat Tracking For The Ages
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 2nd of March 2009 - 05:27 PM ]
Viewing your PlayStation Trophies on PlayStation.com For a while since launch, PS3 owners had been waiting to get the Achievement Trophy system to show off how awesome they are. Allowing friends and other users of said PS3 to check them out and even compare. It was a long time waiting for them and being jealous of the XBox for having their system going. But there was much rejoicing when they came. But they didn't come in a way to show off everything online on say the pwned your favorite gaming forums. Read More...

A Game You May Have Missed: Noby Noby Boy
by Kevin [ Monday, 2nd of March 2009 - 10:33 AM ]
Every now and again, I'll look for a title that may have fallen through the cracks or that I know is new to some and familiar to others. More often than not it'll be a title that either caused my head to implode or really seemed to fall below the radar.Noby Noby Boy is a little title for the PS3 by Keita Takahashi, the creator of the Katamari Damacy series. I picked up solely on that premise alone - becuase of the inventiveness of the original and the expectation of something just as entertaining. That being said, I'm not sure what this game is. Hot Damnation
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 26th of February 2009 - 02:32 PM ]
New Screen Shots of Damnation Steam Punk is totally getting a new go around to be popular. Well not that it was very mainstream popular before, but Codemasters seems to be giving it a fighting chance with their new IP Damnation. A third person shooter game that looks like it has a bit of Parkour or free movement added in to make the game a little more in line with what current games are almost demanding now. Think kind of like Mirror's Edge, but with shooting people and a bunch of technology run off the power of steam. Now that my diatribe is over with, here are some great new shots as well as a video placed out there for this game to show you how cool Steam Punk is. Read More...

Acclaim developer David Perry has recently gained some attention for some comments he made concerning the next version the PSP. Kotaku reported that after speaking with Perry that a UMD free PSP is both real and forthcoming. "I spoke to a developer who is working on it right now," he said to the news outlet. You Could Win One of These Killzone 2 Assault Rifles
by Sam [ Thursday, 26th of February 2009 - 12:07 AM ]
For the first 14 days of March, Sony is giving one lucky winner each day a huge StA52 Assault Rifle from Killzone 2. The catch is real easy, all you have to do is play Killzone 2. Sony will be browsing around on the leader boards each day and picking winners in both single player and multiplayer game modes. Like the Gears of War 2 assault rile, these too won't be sold in stores, so they should be worth something. Read More...

Dooming Missions
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 25th of February 2009 - 03:25 PM ]
First DCU Mission Explained We all know that MMOs need to have good missions to keep players coming back and interested in the game. Without them, what is the point of even playing. Outside Socializing and building characters and grinding out levels and being part of the in crowd. Well there really isn't a reason outside of those and the designers really understand this well over there at Sony Online Entertainment and DC. They realize it very well as the below video displays. This video shows how each side of the game, Hero or Villain, will take on one of the more iconic storylines of the DC world. Read More...

Sony Unviels New PSP Color/Package, An OpEd
by Ben Brody [ Wednesday, 25th of February 2009 - 01:42 AM ]
Opinion Editorial, By Ben BrodySony, looking to chip away at teenage girls's fascinations with the Nintendo DS, announced a fancy new PSP Pack. The Pink PSP. It'll come with a lilac (let's face it, it's pink) colored PSP-3000, a Hannah Montana game, and a 2gb Memory stick preloaded with a few Hannah Montana episodes. While I don't exactly think there's anything wrong with the PSP it seems to me that the market they are trying to corner is going to always go with the DS when they realize that the most "girly" PSP game that exists is called Ratchet and Clank Size Matters. It's slated to hit shelves in July. Read More...

inFAMOUS Humble Pie
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 24th of February 2009 - 01:43 AM ]
inFAMOUS: I AM Scared Trailer Some of you might remember a few weeks ago when I posted up some of the new screen shots and video for Sony's upcoming game inFAMOUS. It was filled with what was listed as the powers for the game. You may also remember that I railed on how disappointing they looked to be when compared to what was described in this game as well as other titles that are along similar lines. Well I might have been a little quick to jump the gun on this one. At least from looking at some of the new footage that was just released. Read More...

Screens Of Godliness
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 20th of February 2009 - 01:19 PM ]
More Screen Shots From God of War III With the big media event that happened recently for God of War III and the new extended trailer being launched, it would seem that Sony is ready to start the huge marketing scheme for this game. Which I will not complain about at all. Except that we will all have to wait until after this year's E3 show to get a up close and personal look at this game. They are going to be showing it off in all of it's glory there. But until then, we can all ogle Kratos and the game with the little things like the below screen shots. Read More...

It Was Late For An Important Date
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 20th of February 2009 - 11:24 AM ]
EA and Spicy Horse Return to Wonderland for All-New Alice Title Yes, you read that title right, if you read it that is. EA and Spicy Horse are working on a new Alice game to follow up the awesomeness of the 2000 game of the same title. Alice for those that got confused with the round about talk there. Little else has been brought up about this title other than just the announcement and how excited American McGee is to be working on a follow up to the twisted view of Alice in Wonderland. Well outside of the announcement that it will be produced for PCs, PS3s, and XBoxes instead of just PCs like the first go around. Read More...
