The Resident Evil 2 Remake Throwing In Some Ghost Survivors Post-Launch
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 23rd of January 2019 - 08:00 PM ]
Resident Evil During a launch event for the Resident Evil 2 Remake it was announced that we would be seeing a new mode mixed in as well as some classic Resident Evil 2 costumes With just a few days out from launching here in the NA region, we have a new update coming to the Resident Evil 2 Remake to bring us even more replay factor for the game. Given time zones and other factors, the game is out in Japan and Capcom held a nice long live event to show off the game and bring us these announcements. Of course, this could all just be for the Japanese market but I am sure that we will see this new Ghost Survivors mode for the other version of Resident Evil 2 out there. Read More...

Far Cry New Dawn’s Story Could Be Moving Beyond Hope
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 23rd of January 2019 - 06:00 PM ]
Far Cry The story trailer for Far Cry New Dawn is here with a few details showing how this is more than an expansion for the Far Cry franchise Here we go with more of the story for Far Cry New Dawn fresh from the mouths of Ubisoft now. We have a new story trailer to take in and see just how this new title is not just an expansion from the last title and its own true beast. I mean, outside of being set years in the future from the last game and only really using the same locations for the most part. Far Cry New Dawn does seem to be checking off the items for the rule of 64. Read More...

Review — FutureGrind
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 22nd of January 2019 - 10:00 PM ]
FutureGrind We sit down and review FutureGrind. A new stunt-platformer that adds a twist to light cycles. Here is our review of FutureGrind As the sea of shooters and RPGs seem to be starting up soon, it is time to take in something a bit less traditional and independent with FutureGrind. A new stun-platforming title that has launched from Milkbag Games to give us all another trial and tribulation on our PS4, Switch, and PC. All while keeping a future and cyberpunk style look about it with the other challenges. This, of course, leads to the question of how good FutureGrind actually is. Read More...

Time Is Not Waiting Around For Us In Layers Of Fear 2
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 22nd of January 2019 - 08:00 PM ]
Layers Of Fear More gameplay for Layers Of Fear 2 came out of PAX South as well as a new behind the scenes for the inspirations surrounding Layers Of Fear 2 Even more gameplay for Layers Of Fear 2 is out there now as PAX South has come and gone, but the videos still live on. Just as we would always assume in today's age. Even if you did not, it is still true that Bloober Team has offered up a bit more for the game to look at after the panel they held during this year's event and it gives us a bit more of the walking about we know from the IP so far. More of it on the boat, but still more for Layers Of Fear 2 to take in as we wait to find out when the game will be coming to the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 22nd of January 2019 - 06:00 PM ]
Life Is Strange The next episode of Life Is Strange 2 is almost here and we have a new trailer to see how it builds into the larger Life Is Strange universe In just a few days we will be able to continue the journey of Life Is Strange 2 as the next episode drops on January 24th for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. This is something many of us have been looking forward to but have yet to see much of as DontNod only put out a live action recreation of the final scene from the last episode to announce all of this. While it was cool, it did not get us all the look at this episode of Life Is Strange 2 that we were hoping for. Read More...

If you do want to play this version of The Walking Dead, you are going to have to go to the PC side of things and give it a go there for now. Read More...

From Fort Tarsis To The Hidden Depths Of Anthem
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 17th of January 2019 - 10:00 PM ]
Anthem More footage for Anthem is out there again, with a little bit of all the different gameplay we can expect in Anthem at launch The month of Anthem is still rolling out there as we fly toward the February 22nd release date and now we have a look at something other than shooting things with weird energy. That has been most of what BioWare has shown us since the game we first announced and I am sure that EA had something to do with that, but now we have a look at more for the game than just that. We do have more of the shooting and blowing things up we can expect in Anthem, but we also have a look at how the dialog will play out and how we will have some impact on it all as we go. Remember The Hirata Estates Of Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 17th of January 2019 - 08:00 PM ]
Sekiro A new location in Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice is shown here as The Hirata Estates shows off a bit more combat of Sekiro as well as how we will approach memory locations We have been waiting for more gameplay for Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice, and now we have it. At least a very little bit as it looks like Activision is holding up their view of the game since E3 and keeping things held close to the chest for it all. We will take anything that we can as of right now though as it is a new FromSoftware title and it looks to be expanding on what we know from them thus far. Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice is shaking up the normal setting we have had in the past for a different one, and now it looks like some of the combat and traversals will be shaken up just a bit too. The Next DLC For Shadow Of The Tomb Raider Looks Nightmarish
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 16th of January 2019 - 08:00 PM ]
Tomb Raider Shadow Of The Tomb Raider's next DLC has been dated and it looks like this Tomb Raider addition will go a bit darker than expected The fourth DLC for Shadow Of The Tomb Raider has been announced and dated here and it is called The Nightmare. A very ominous sounding bit of DLC for Eidos-Montréal to pump out there, but still very fitting with the franchise. At least as I see it. It could be a lot different when we actually get to play it next week on January 22nd, but for now, we will go with what we know. Read More...

Take A Nice Summer Break In The Wastes Of Metro Exodus
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 16th of January 2019 - 06:00 PM ]
Metro New gameplay for Metro Exodus is out there to show off the Summer chapter of Metro Exodus and all the horrors it can bring with it More gameplay for Metro Exodus is here after the last week of media outpour. We had a whole lot but when you think about it, there was not much in the way of actual gameplay out of 4A Games. I am guessing this is because Deep Silver was busy showing the game off to the larger media outlets and keeping the rest of us sated with the smaller announcements. That does not change the fact that we now have some new gameplay form the Summer chapter of Metro Exodus to take in thanks to Polygon. Read More...

The Action Is High In These New Screenshots For World War Z
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 15th of January 2019 - 10:00 PM ]
World War Z More screenshots for World War Z are out there and we get to see just a bit more action for World War Z before its upcoming launch The headline says it all as we have more screenshots for World War Z to take in today. All of which look to show off more of the action that will be going down in the game when Saber Interactive brings it to us. That date is still up in the air, but at least we have more to look at for World War Z. It is still slated for 2019 as of last I heard, but who knows if Focus Home Interactive will shift that based on all of the other games that are coming out there. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 15th of January 2019 - 08:00 PM ]
Intruders The release date for Intruders: Hide And Seek has been set for the PSVR side of things with word that Intruders will also hit the PC realm in the future There seems to be a whole lot of horror coming to VR here now and Intruders: Hide And Seek is the next up to bat for the PSVR. At least as of February 13th as that is when Daedalic is bringing Tessera Studios' title to the platform. Well ahead of the PC version of it all coming in 2020. For now we will just focus on what Intruders: Hide And Seek is and what to expect here in a few weeks than to speculate on when it will be out for more of the masses. Read More...

Degrees Of Separation Walks Through More Of Its World & Story
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 15th of January 2019 - 06:00 PM ]
Degrees Of Separation New gameplay for Degrees Of Separation is here to take us deeper into the world of Degrees Of Separation as well as the characters & story Here we go with more for Degrees Of Separation to get us ready for its launch on February 14th. Just as we had promised last time from Moondrop, we have more gameplay to look at and see more of the game's story before launch. While all gameplay, it is definitely more on the story and character side of things here as we only see one other way that Rime and Ember are able to interact in Degrees Of Separation. This being one of the bigger gameplay aspects one would think we would have more on that than the story and characters. Read More...
