Live The Life Of An Elite Agent
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 13th of May 2009 - 05:29 PM ]
New-ish Facts About SOE's The Agency Do you remember a while back, like last year when The Agency was suppose to come out to market? All there was for the game was a short video clip showing off some of the antics and very little game play for Sony's new MMO. Then things just kind of went dead as far as anything new coming out about the game. Well other than the fact that it kept getting pushed back and no solid release window in sight. I'm guessing that all rings a bell now. Read More...

Katamari Forever
by Jesse [ Wednesday, 13th of May 2009 - 04:31 PM ]
This fall is going to bring plenty of games worth checking out, but if there’s one title that deserves a little bit of the spotlight it’s Katamari Forever. As a PS3 exclusive, Katamari Forever is the latest in the popular, but often underrated, Katamari Damacy series. Once again the cosmos are in danger as the King of All Cosmos has fallen into a coma. In his absence the very stars begin to disappear from the night sky. Our only chance is the Prince and his impeccable Katamari rolling abilities. Read More...

TF2's Sniper Update: Something You Can Get Stuck On
by Brian Bentley [ Wednesday, 13th of May 2009 - 06:39 AM ]
With the next batch of achievements and weapon unlocks announced and mentioned difficulty in deciding on an alternate weapon for the sniper rifle, it looks as if our good friends at Valve have managed to come up with an idea and now the Sniper Update is upon us.  Called the "Huntsman" it is a bow-and-arrow for a slightly more in-your-face approach to playing this class. A sniper worth his weight with this weapon could lead a charge into the enemy base.  Provided with invulnerability, the skilled bowman could pin everyone to the walls waltzing into the intelligence room as his enemies wait to be freed or killed. Street Fighter IV PC gets a free bonus!
by Ben Brody [ Sunday, 10th of May 2009 - 01:39 AM ]
Or so Capcom thinks. Either way, anybody that picks up SFIV for the PC will get a MadCatz Fightpad for free. The game is priced a bit higher than most PC games at $59.99 but a $39.99 game plus a $39.99 fightpad is good enough for me. Gamers may wonder why MadCatz is so busy making PC fightpads when there is a shortage of console ones, but the fact is is that nobody wants to play Street Fighter with a mouse and keyboard (awaits barrage of ppl yelling at me that they play it on an emulator with a keyboard all the time).Capcom will release Street Fighter IV (Games for Windows Live for those that don't know) on July 7th here in the States. Never Been a Better Time to Survive in '09
by Brian Bentley [ Friday, 1st of May 2009 - 03:32 PM ]
The best co-op game I played last year was Left4Dead and if you were among the few PC gamers that did not purchase this title, this is the perfect opportunity for you to try it, then buy it.  All day Friday, you are able to download Left4Dead on Steam and play the entire game including the recently released Survival mode.  After you try and fall in love with the game (as I know you will), you have all weekend to purchase it through Steam at 40% off.   Left4Dead is a cooperative experience where four players are challenged through an array of campaigns attempting to escape the zombie apocalypse and make it safety. Another Evil Blast From The Past
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 1st of May 2009 - 01:39 AM ]
Resident Evil: Archives I said it a long while back that this year was going to be the year of Resident Evil. Not that it would dominate the market and be game of the year. But that there was going to be a cornucopia of Resident Evil titles out for consoles this year. Although it would seem that more of them will be on the Wii over the other consoles out there. Count is 1 to 1 to 2 now. XBox, PlayStation and Wii respectfully. Read More...

Finally The Best Man/Woman/Robot/Monster Team-Up
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 29th of April 2009 - 04:59 PM ]
Marvel Vs. Capcom 2 Coming To Live And PSN Looks like the complaining and wishing have finally paid off for all of us Marvel Vs. Capcom 2 fans. Well somewhat. Don't you hate when I say that because it generally means it comes with some kind of "but" or bad news? Well not totally this time. The aforementioned "somewhat" only means that we will have to wait until this summer to get it on our XBoxes and PlayStations. In fact, we will be getting it then with some new features that I'm sure will not let you down. Well as long as Live and the PSN do what is hoped of them. Read More...

So yea, be prepared for the Capcom flood here with all kinds of crazy stuff for you to take in and enjoy. Here are loads of screens stopped and perfectly taken from the trailer/game play video for Resident Evil: The Darkside Chronicle for you to digest. Be Bionic
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 27th of April 2009 - 06:47 PM ]
New Bionic Commando Video After playing this game almost a year ago at the '08 Comic Con, I wasn't all that impressed. I new it was in it's early stages of development at the time, as there was a large notice on screen and plastered all around that it was in early stages of development. So I passed it off and decided to wait for the whole process to be near it's end before giving any kind of thought on weither or not this game will be worth picking up. And well, it looks like they have solidified my opinion a little more with this new video for the game. Well it looks like they didn't do much to what I had originally played and seen almost a year ago. Read More...

Champions Online For Swingers?
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 22nd of April 2009 - 06:58 PM ]
Champions Online Swinging Travel Powers I bet you clicked this thinking that the new MMO from the people that brought you City of Heroes/Villains and Star Trek Online was going with an alternative social game. Don't lie. You know you did. But in all seriousness, if I ever am. There is a new clip out there for you gamers that have been looking forward to the game that was suppose to be Marvel Online originally. The clip shows how they took what worked in the Spiderman games, and most likely brought to the game before the Marvel game got scraped, and make it work in an MMO setting. That's right, you will be able to have swing travel powers in this game. Read More...
