Prepare For War As Call Of Duty: WWII's Private Beta Kicks Off
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 14th of August 2017 - 03:00 PM ]
Call Of Duty The private beta for Call Of Duty: WWII's multiplayer is about to start and here is what will be coming for Call Of Duty: WWII to be tested out I am hoping that you are ready to kick some Nazi ass here soon as Call Of Duty: WWII is about to unleash its multiplayer beta on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC in just a short amount of time. While Sledgehammer Games has been hard at work making this another great entry into the franchise, they need help making sure it is a multiplayer experience you want and that Activision was able to secure a few more purchases by setting up a private beta as such for those who pre-ordered the game already. Pretty much in all other Call Of Duty fashion here and to give players a taste of what is to come. Read More...

Giant Consequences Are Coming For Minecraft: Story Mode's Next Episode
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 10th of August 2017 - 05:00 PM ]
Minecraft The trailer for the next episode of Minecraft: Story Mode has been released and it looks to be filled with even more Minecraft references as we enter the arena We have a new trailer for Minecraft: Story Mode next episode to look at and try to figure out what is going on after the events of the last one. It has been an interesting trip for Jesse and crew and they were all left in a very bad place after all was said and done. A traditional cliffhanger that we know from Telltale Games here so not too shocking, but it does look like they are taking us off into whole new worlds and events set forth by The Admin that was shown off in the last episode of Minecraft: Story Mode. Review â Minecraft: Story Mode â Hero In Residence
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 2nd of August 2017 - 05:00 PM ]
Minecraft We sit down and review Minecraft: Story Mode — Hero In Residence. This is the first episode of Telltale's second take on Mojang's famed Minecraft franchise. Here's our review on how they did It's time to kick off yet another season for Minecraft: Story Mode as the first episode has dropped on the PS4, Xbox One, PC, and mobile devices with it coming soon to the Switch. All of this is something you should have known by now, but none the less Telltale Games is back at it trying to give us a great story set in the universe that Mojang has crafted that only has stories if we so define them. At least that has always been my takeaway for Minecraft before now and enjoy seeing it through the lens of another. Read More...

Call Of Duty: WWII & Destiny 2 Are Hitting SDCC Hard
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 10th of July 2017 - 05:00 PM ]
Call Of Duty Activision is bringing Call Of Duty: WWII, Crash Bandicoot, & Destiny 2 to SDCC with Call Of Duty: WWII Zombies getting shown off We are a week out from SDCC this year and as usual Activision is bringing a whole slew of things to show off with Call Of Duty: WWII and Destiny 2 being on the bill for this year's geekfeast. It makes perfect sense as they have done this almost every year for quite some time even when there are only small announcements and expansions for other games and then the buildup for their big money maker of the year. I guess that is why there is going to be a big announcement for Call Of Duty: WWII out there as the new Nazi Zombie mode is going to be the highlight of it all. Read More...

This Week In Video Games 6/26/17 â 6/30/17
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 30th of June 2017 - 07:00 PM ]
Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here's a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week Another week done and one more week of video games in the bag and ready for us to move on to the next one. It is obvious that we are still all recovering from the madness that was E3 only a few weeks ago, but that didn't stop the flow of things at all. We had a lot of DLC and updates out there for Final Fantasy XV and Call Of Duty out there and the launch of a few other video games this week like Secret World Legends. That is also if we seem to have forgotten that Nintendo broke the minds of gamers out there by announcing the SNES Classic Edition to come to us all in only a few months from now. Read More...

Super NES Classic Edition Is Officially Coming To Bring More Classic Titles To Us
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 26th of June 2017 - 05:00 PM ]
Super NES The Super NES Classic Edition has been announced and this little Super NES will be bringing us a lot more of our favorite titles Get your nostalgia engines running as the Super NES Classic Edition has been officially announced now and will be bringing us many of our favorite titles from the '90s so we can relive them all. This isn't some little extra add-on for the Switch that Nintendo is bringing us here, but the same deal we recently had with the NES and all of those old '80s titles that almost no one could purchase online outside of eBay scalpers. Here we all go again to lose our minds over the Super NES and all of those older titles we loved when we were younger, for those '80s and '90s kids at least, but a way to show more of the current generation where all their current games started out. Have A Taste Of Beyond Good & Evil 2's In-Engine Tech Demo
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 22nd of June 2017 - 05:00 PM ]
Beyond Good & Evil At E3, Beyond Good & Evil 2 was officially announced and now we can see Beyond Good & Evil 2 running in-engine as well as some of the scale of the game's universe There has been one title on a lot of gamer's tongues and minds for quite some time now and with the rumors all over the place it was not that big of a shock that Ubisoft brought out the big guns at E3 and gave the world confirmation that Beyond Good & Evil 2 is going to be a thing. A big thing at that as they gave it a nice, long CG announcement trailer to build all of the hype. Hype that was built so much that I ran into quite a few people on the floor hoping to see some actual gameplay footage for Beyond Good & Evil 2 in some form or another. Read More...

E3 Hands On â Call Of Duty: WWII
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 19th of June 2017 - 03:00 PM ]
Call Of Duty While at E3 I was able to see Call Of Duty: WWII in a more intimate setting than just a trailer. Here's my take on Call Of Duty: WWII. As with every year, one of the big titles on the show floor is in the Call Of Duty and given that they are "going back to their roots" it makes sense that WWII would also be making a huge showing this year at E3. Especially since last year Activision skipped the big show and only gave a little taste of things out the fans and press. Now that Sledgehammer Games has put a lot of time and effort into Call Of Duty: WWII it makes sense that we'd get the usual flair of it all at E3 as well as a taste of the multiplayer experience that will be hitting the PS4, Xbox One, and PC on November 3rd this year. Super Nintendo World In Japan Is Officially Under Construction
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 9th of June 2017 - 05:00 PM ]
Nintendo A recent event was held by Nintendo and Universal Parks that kicked off the construction of the new Super Nintendo World While a lot of big gaming news will be coming out for Nintendo here in only a few days, it looks like there is another massive bit coming outside of E3 and the major conventions. Maybe you'll remember back to last year when Universal Parks made mention that they were building a video game themed area in three of their major locations starting with Japan. You may also remember that it was also revealed that it would be specifically Super Nintendo World that was going to be built and that nothing had moved forward since then. Read More...

Secret World Legends' Combat System Has Been Given A Bit Of An Overhaul
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 2nd of June 2017 - 03:00 PM ]
Secret World Legends Many things are getting updated for Secret World Legends & one more mechanic for Secret World Legends that is getting the update is the combat If you were, or still are, a huge fan of The Secret World you may want to start forgetting how the combat in the game flows as when June 26th hits here and Secret World Legends launches it looks like there will be a new learning curve for you. Nothing too daunting here as I'm sure that Funcom doesn't want to upset players, but things will be changing. If the changes are for the better or the worse will have to full wait until Secret World Legends launches, but at least as of now we can have a look at just what changes will be coming down the pipeline. Here We Go With My E3 2017 Wish List To See Out There
by Greg Tatterfield [ Friday, 2nd of June 2017 - 01:00 PM ]
E3 With E3 2017 about to hit us, I figured it would be high time to get my E3 wish list out there in hopes to see a few titles during the event The biggest gaming convention E3 is right around the corner and excitement is building towards the event. Starting June 13th E3 always brings the biggest announcements and surprises in the gaming industry. This is my wish list for the event of what I hope to see this year at E3, in no particular order. The Last Of Us Part 2 Earlier this year Naughty Dog showed off a trailer of The Last Of Us Part II which showed off a bit of the story and how much time has passed since the first game. Read More...
