by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 29th of November 2018 - 08:00 PM ]
Arca’s Path The latest developer diary for Arca’s Path takes us into the art style used for the game as well as how the music will affect Arca’s Path We have yet another developer diary here for Arca’s Path to take in and this time it is all about the art and music of the game. You may have already figured all of that out from the title above, but it is here for those who did not catch that just yet. It also gives us another look at just how Dream Reality Interactive has put together their style and choices for Arca’s Path to make it feel unique and stand apart from all of those other games out there. As if being on the Oculus, HTC Vive, and PS VR was not enough already, it goes that extra step further. Read More...

Here Is A Deeper Delve Into The World Of Arca’s Path
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 16th of November 2018 - 06:00 PM ]
Arca’s Path The next developer diary for Arca’s Path is here to take us deeper into the lore and world of Arca’s Path just a little bit ahead of launch Here we go with another look at Arca’s Path just ahead of it hitting the Oculus, Vive, and PSVR on December 4th. It has been an interesting title in my eyes since I first had a chance to experience what Dream Reality Interactive has been working on and now we all get a better sense of what is going on the world of the game. Besides the rolling of a ball using your head as the controller and trying to solve the different puzzles in Arca’s Path. There is more story behind it all is where I am going with this and the latest developer diary Rebellion has up for us goes right into all of that. Read More...

Arca’s Path Rolls Out A New Developer Diary For Us
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 6th of November 2018 - 08:00 PM ]
Arca’s Path A new developer diary for Arca’s Path is here to go into the basics of Arca’s Path and how we will be interacting with this VR title If you can think back to E3 when we first covered Arca’s Path, you will remember the basics of it all. Maybe… It is another VR title coming at us for so many different platforms that looks to be using the basics of Marble Madness and games like that as inspiration. That is also what Dream Reality Interactive has thrown out there thus far. It is an interesting take on it all, but as my time and what we have brought to you so far has been based on a short demo from Rebellion so far, it is nice to have a solid developer diary to take in for it all. E3 Hands On — Arca’s Path
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 19th of June 2018 - 05:00 PM ]
Arca’s Path While at E3, I was able to see Arca’s Path in a more intimate setting than just a trailer. Here is my take on Arca’s Path. In the mix of all the hustle and bustle of E3 sometimes you yearn for a break and some other title out there to ground you back out and that was where Arca’s Path comes in here. I am going to go on a limb and say that a lot of you most likely have not heard of the game as of yet but it was on the list of VR titles that I wanted to check out during the show. It is a new title that Dream Reality Interactive has crafted for us and another "smaller" title that Rebellion has put themselves behind to bring to the PSVR, Oculus, and Vive sometime soon. The Zombies Are Coming So Get Ready To Throw Anything
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 23rd of February 2018 - 10:00 PM ]
Throw Anything A new VR experience, Throw Anything, is coming to our homes soon and we can get a taste of what to expect here for Throw Anything right now If there is one thing that gamers love with VR it has to be zombies and weird experiences with them. At least that has to be the thought here with Throw Anything that is coming from VisualLight. I mean, Throw Anything is a new VR title heading to Early Access on February 28th here that will place us in a high-rise room that has zombies climbing up to it and our only defense is to literally do what the title of the game says. Thankfully, said title also means that we can indeed hurl anything and everything at the zombies to stop them. Read More...

The Demons Are Coming As The Exorcist: Legion VR Lands Here Soon
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 16th of November 2017 - 08:00 PM ]
The Exorcist A new VR experience in The Exorcist universe is almost here as we know when The Exorcist: Legion VR will be hitting the Oculus, HTC Vive, and PSVR It looks like we can add another huge horror franchise to the list of VR titles out there as The Exorcist: Legion VR is coming to us all on November 22nd to carry on all of the prophecies that were laid out in the lore. Well at least it is coming to the PC on the HTC Vive and Oculus as Fun Train and Wolf & Wood have not given a release date for the PS VR, but none the less we are getting a nice and creepy extension to The Exorcist III. Nonetheless, the game is coming to us and it looks like it will add to the "the scariest franchise" in horror movie history. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 9th of November 2017 - 10:00 PM ]
L.A. Noire It looks like L.A. Noire will be adding in more than just some fun new functionality as some UI tweaks will make L.A. Noire's dialog better fit the narrative The remastered version of L.A. Noire is finally landing on the PS4, Xbox One, and Switch next week, November 14th and we all know there are going to be some great changes for it all. Rockstar Games has already shown us how the visuals of the game will be greatly enhanced, but there has also been wind out there that it will be getting a lot of fun other features for the new hardware it is coming to. Namely the PS4 and Switch given that the controller schemes do offer up some other options, but it looks like there could be a lot more for L. Read More...

Theseus The VR experience Theseus now has a release date for the PS VR version and we will soon join Theseus on this new adventure I hope you are ready to get back into the Greek stories as Theseus now has a release date for the PS VR version of the game. Strangely enough it is for this platform and not the Oculus or Vive version, but I'll take it for now as Forge Reply looks to have a fun and terrifying experience coming to us. Hopefully you have your PS4 and PS VR ready as Theseus will be there on July 26th. That's a pretty short turn around since it was only announced to be coming to the platform about a month ago. Theseus Is Fighting His Way First On To PS VR This Summer
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 2nd of June 2017 - 09:00 PM ]
Theseus Action-Adventure title Theseus is poised to bring the story of Theseus to PlayStation VR this Summer first with other platforms certainly to follow along Back in February we all, at least most of us, heard about a new VR title coming our way in terms of Theseus. As the title pretty much suggests, we will be taking on the role of the titular Greek Hero in the game and Forge Reply was going to take us through one of his great adventures in the game. In the terms of Theseus the game, we would be tackling the mythical Maze of the Minotaur and all of the harshness that should be coming along with that. All in a nice action-adventure setting but also set in a VR display. Read More...

Theseus Is A New VR Experience Aiming To Place Us Into The Myths
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 16th of February 2017 - 10:00 PM ]
Theseus A new VR title, Theseus, has been announced and we get a nice look at how Theseus' adventures are going to rebuilt in VR Greek stories are always full of fun stories and adventures for video games to use and now it looks like the stories of Theseus will be brought to life in a new VR experience that has just been announced. A new VR experience being crafted by Forge Reply and heading to platforms unknown for now. I think it would be safe to assume that Theseus will be coming to all of the major VR platforms, but as this is only an announcement of the game, it is fair that none of that is set in stone just yet. CES New hardware and partnerships for VirZOOM at CES 2017 have led us to a place where the first vSports event could be held at CES this year It is a rare instance that we have something here that is about health here but seeing as gaming is getting mixed in we had to have a look at the VirZOOM during CES this year. More so when you look at it as we are getting some of the first vSporting events out here as well. That was at least one of the goals that aimed to be met with the mixture of VR, a stationary bike, and the VirZOOM system all mixed in. Read More...

New Multiplayer VR Game Werewolves Within Has Been Outed
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 15th of March 2016 - 09:00 PM ]
Werewolves Within A new VR game, Werewolves Within, has been announced and pits players against each other to see who truly has a Werewolves Within… The mainstream VR hardware is still a bit off from release and it looks like we have yet another odd game to add to the list as Werewolves Within has just been announced. While the title does sound a bit goofy it does look like Red Storm is trying to make something truly unique out of the gate for the Oculus Rift, HTC Vive, and PlayStation VR. Werewolves Within wouldn't be a true Ubisoft game if it wasn't trying to capitalize on every available platform that it can right out the gate after all. Read More...
