Bo Jackson Not Included In New Tecmo Bowl Game
by Michael Camacho [ Saturday, 3rd of May 2008 - 09:33 AM ]
While we knew when Tecmo decided to announce Tecmo Bowl: Kickoff for the DS, they couldn't use the NFL license for teams and players thanks to EA holding the exclusive rights.  But when fans petitioned for everyone's either favorite or most despised player in Tecmo Bowl history, Bo Jackson, Tecmo came out stating he will not appear in the game, nor any retired players for that matter.  Anyone who played Tecmo Super Bowl knows that Bo Jackson became the game's standout icon as he was virtually unstoppable, and everyone remembers the fights over who would play as (Does best Chris Berman Interpretation) DA RAIDAHZ!!  Sorry Bo fans, you're stuck finding an old copy of Tecmo Super Bowl to get your "Bo Knows" fix. Start PWNing Other Worlds
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 30th of April 2008 - 11:55 AM ]
Stargate Worlds Closed Beta Registration Now Open I liked the movie. There were a few good episodes of the show. I actually enjoyed playing the Table Top RPG game based on the world. So I'm actually kind of excited about this new MMO. Not sure if it will be able to addict me to MMOs, but it will get my cash when it launches. Just as it will get my time if I am chosen for the Beta. I say chosen just for the fact that the registration form doesn't ask for anything more than your connection speed. Read More...

Today my boyfriend bought me a gift, completely out of the blue. The Guinness World Records: Gamer’s Edition. This gift was right up my alley and it is awesome. This is the first time Guinness has devoted a book exclusively to games. Gamer’s Edition has chapters of the most amazing gaming feats, highest scores, best selling games, and small facts that you might not know. There is also a website where you can try to make the Guinness World Record book with your own game score (www.guinnessworldrecords. Read More...

People PWN The Normal Stats
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 11th of April 2008 - 12:37 PM ]
Interesting Poll Results So I was trolling along the interwebs today. After reading more about the a$$ clowns that beat the girl over MySpace sh*t. I'm thinking about the world and where we are headed. Then I see the above poll results from WhatThePlay.com, then I realized that we truly are into the downward spiral. Look at the stats and then continue down with me to the next paragraph. Ok, so on the offence meter, the violent one is near the bottom of the list. Read More...

Enjoy Gaming In 3D
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 27th of March 2008 - 11:57 AM ]
Wii Head Tracking powers new 3D game Not the most creative of titles, but, well...whatever. A long while back, before we had the Narticle section, I posted a bunch of things about the Wii and PS-Eye head tracking systems that people are working on. They were just basic tracking things that would move just some dots or basic targets on the screen depending on where your head is. The Wii had a set of glasses for this. They looked very clunky and a lot like the old VR goggles of yore. Read More...
