Just in time for the new Tomb Raider film to hit theaters, Shadow Of The Tomb Raider has been officially announced and coming this year for all platforms It looks like we can put most of the rumors to rest as Shadow Of The Tomb Raider has been officially announced and let loose on the world. At least in the most teaser of ways as Eidos-Montréal and Square Enix are still holding off on the full reveal of the game until April 27th. They still needed to work with the hype of the new Tomb Raider film, so it makes sense that they would make this announcement now and not wait until the film is no longer anywhere out there. A new survival shooter, Scavengers, has been revealed and will be using some new technology to keep Scavengers’ AI ahead of the curve Get ready to add another survival title into the mix as Scavengers has been announced and coming from Midwinter Entertainment. It will be their flagship title and will be hopefully making some big pushes for the gaming industry in terms of multiplayer survival shooters out there. Yes, that is the basics of Scavengers, but there is of course much more coming for it all. Like the fact that it will take place in a not-too-distant future where a new Ice Age has come and a new mutated disease is messing with all of the world's life. Read More...

A new story trailer for Extinction has just dropped and gives us all a better look at humanity, the heroes, and Ravenii within Extinction April 10th is fast approaching and we are all getting ready to jump into the world of Extinction. I know I am have been ready for some time now. Just in time to get us all pumped up a bit more for the game, Iron Galaxy has pumped out a new story trailer to give us a bit of the lore of what is going on in the game. Most of which done using, what I am assuming is the cut scene style of Extinction, in an animated form of video. A style I have been behind since I first saw that they were using it to push the game's story forward. Read More...

New gameplay for A Way Out has been placed out there and it shows off a lot of different aspects of A Way Out that have yet to be discussed In ten days (3/23/18) we will get the chance to sit down and play A Way Out with a friend online or on the couch. This we all should know by now. If not, then you need to get caught up on all of the fun that Hazelight Studios has been building up for and then see if it will get added into your PS4, Xbox One, or PC library. It is a bit of a hard sell for the game as A Way Out does require co-op all the time and only with people who are on your friends list, but after seeing some of the new gameplay we have today, it could be something more can open up to. Especially after seeing parts of the game that have not been shown to the public or truly discussed until now. Read More...

It looks like Jurassic World Evolution will have more Jeff Goldblum as he will be reprising his role form the films as we try to build our own Jurassic World in the game It looks like we can add a big name to the list of voice actors making their way into Jurassic World Evolution as it has been announced that Jeff Goldblum will be reprising his Dr. Ian Malcolm role just for the game. At least for the game here that Frontier Developments is making for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC, but it is something and now fans can get excited just for that. Read More...

A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week Time to put another week of video games in the bag and look back at what happened this week. It was a pretty big one for a few franchises out there as Call Of Duty: Black Ops 4 and The Division 2 where given the announcements and the hype for Far Cry 5 is hitting some heights. We also had a chance to see a few smaller titles get some new updates as we had more to see for A Plague Tale: Innocence and The Beast Inside this week as well. I will take all of that and more for our video games for sure. Read More...

We sit down and review Bridge Constructor Portal. It is all the fun of building bridges and the humor of Portal. Here is our review of Bridge Constructor Portal It can always be fun when we get mash-up video games out there that take two IPs and combine them into one and that is what Bridge Constructor Portal is here to do. The name here says it all as Headup Games aims to bring the game over to the PS4, Xbox One, and Switch for the first time to get us all into building bridges and then hoping for another Portal game to release. Staying on topic though, here we go with Bridge Constructor Portal as it has come out and is available for all. Read More...

It looks like The Division 2 is officially coming at us soon as we now have the announcement that The Division 2 is in the works and building from the past Fans of The Division will be glad to see that after two years of fun they are finally going to be getting The Division 2. Yes, it has been announced and heading to us at some point and from Massive Entertainment again. There is no word on when, but know that The Division 2 is definitely coming and with an upgraded version of the Snowdrop engine and with all the lessons learned from the last two years of The Division. That is at least good to hear and not just another title being thrown out there by Ubisoft to cash in more. Read More...

It is confirmed that Days Gone has now been delayed until 2019 so get ready for a long wait for the apocalypse Days Gone will have for us It looks like it is time to let the hype for Days Gone to die down just a bit as it looks like the wait for the game has been made a bit longer. How much longer? That is the million-dollar question here as all we know is that Bend Studio and Sony have confirmed that the game will now release in 2019 at some point. Given that Days Gone was only originally slated to hit the PS4 in 2018 at some point, it is hard to say how much time is truly needed to get it to where the developers want it to be. Read More...

It has been officially announced that Call Of Duty: Black Ops 4 is coming and it also looks like it will ‘revolutionize’ the Call Of Duty franchise We all knew it was coming and now we have official word that Call Of Duty: Black Ops 4 is going to be this year's installment into the franchise. Given that Treyarch gave us the last one three years ago and that is how Activision seems to cycle the developers on the franchise, it makes perfect sense that we are heading back into the Black Ops world. The interesting part of this announcement though is the fact that we will be getting this year's Call Of Duty title a bit earlier than normal as it is already locked in for an October 12th release date for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. The final episode of Batman: The Enemy Within has been dated and it looks like it will have so many branches mixed in to dictate how Batman’s greatest foe will materialize As if we did not already have big games coming out on March 27th, it looks like the final episode of Batman: The Enemy Within will also be landing on that same day to bring the current story to an end. Given the timing one would think that Telltale Games would have tried for a different day, but it is what it is now. Not that I am complaining as I want to see how all of my choices in Batman: The Enemy Within are going to play out in the grand scheme of it all. Read More...

New screenshots for A Plague Tale: Innocence are here and they give us a look at how some clashes have left more bodies lying around in A Plague Tale After a nice long wait, we finally have more to see for A Plague Tale: Innocence to get our hype back up for this interesting sounding title. In fact, last I saw anything for the game it was in a small room at E3 last year where Asobo Studio was showing off the very basics of the game and how we would be traversing a horror-scape filled with plague rats that could only be kept at bay by the light we held or set. It was one of the more interesting titles I saw then and I have been keeping an eye out for anything else to show off for A Plague Tale: Innocence. Read More...
