The Ewoks are coming to Star Wars Battlefront II as a new playable race so you can further relive some scenes from Star Wars’ past Another race of characters are coming to Star Wars Battlefront II and also bringing a new gameplay mode along with them. At least for a limited time, but we will ignore that for now as DICE is bringing us all the Ewoks to the game and with them a new mode called Ewok Hunt. All of which will be hitting Star Wars Battlefront II on April 18th for the low price of free. A new VR game is coming, Defector, that will try and let you live out the secret agent lifestyle and try not to be a Defector Get ready to be able to live out some of those cray spy movie fantasies as a new VR title is coming to give you just that and it is called Defector. Probably not the best of names to go with for a title that aims to do the whole spy thing, but maybe Twisted Pixel has some great hidden gems in there to make sense of it all. They generally are good at that and maybe Defector does not point at the character we are playing and that of who were are hunting down or trying to find. Conan Exiles is looking to leave Early Access and finally come to all of the announced platforms as Conan Exiles now has a final release date set The Early Access for Conan Exiles is coming to an end on May 8th. Not because the game is getting scraped or anything. No, this is all because Funcom is finally bringing the game to market in its final-ish form and for the PS4 and Xbox One as well. PC games have had all of the Conan Exiles so far but it was all to help them get to where we are with the game and see it get crafted into a full experience as well as add a whole lot of new content for us all. New information on the music for Detroit: Become Human is here and we get to hear how three different composers are setting the mood in Detroit: Become Human When it comes to having three different characters in Detroit: Become Human, the team over at Quantic Dream wanted them each to feel a bit different from each other to help emphasize the story and world. That is the base assumption from the start. Given that they are taking the story and storytelling method for Detroit: Become Human down the same path as that of feature films or television, they would need a way to help focus on differences between them all subtlety. New gameplay for Spider-Man is here and it shows us a little more on how the combat system in Spider-Man will play out and work It is time to blow some of those preconceived notions on how the combat in Spider-Man is actually going to play out and handle. Way back when the game was first announced and shown off, it looks like a very tried and true method to combat was something that Insomniac Games was going to use. More or less, it looks a lot like the way it all worked in the Arkham titles, which all were really solid gameplay mechanics. While it may have looked that way, we are here to tell you that it is not going to be that way exactly for Spider-Man as he is obviously a different kind of fighter and uses many other things to his benefit in a fight. The next character for SoulCalibur VI is here to look at and it is another from SoulCalibur ’s past as Siegfried has now officially joined the roster One more of the alumni from the franchise's past is back for SoulCalibur VI now. Not a huge surprise as I am sure we will have more of the old characters mixed in with the few new ones that Bandai Namco will be working. In the end though, as long as we have a good roster with a lot of great fighters on it I do not think many will have an issue with SoulCalibur VI. The difficulty settings for God Of War are back and we get to see how they will add an extra level of challenge to God Of War when we play Long-time fans of God Of War always have loved challenging themselves and other on playing the game at some insane difficulties. They are offered up by the dev team for a reason and they are there to make the whole experience a bit more challenging. Staying true to form, Santa Monica Studio is keeping with this element in the new God Of War and now we know how hard the game could be to beat. The release date for Sinner: Sacrifice For Redemption has been pushed back but at least gamers on the Switch will have the chance to give Sinner a play If you were gearing up to play Sinner: Sacrifice For Redemption on April 25th here…then you may want to put the brakes on that. It looks like the game is no longer hitting that date and will now be looking at a Q3 2018 release date to get in on this new Boss Battler title with a twist Dark Star Games and Another Indie are working on. That seems like quite the delay for a game that was supposed to land just a few weeks from now. The next character for Overkill’s The Walking Dead game has a new trailer to see and it shows another darker side in the world of The Walking Dead It is time to add another character to Overkill’s The Walking Dead and here we go with Maya. Just like the last character that we were shown from Overkill, it is all done through a very cinematic manner and not through any real gameplay to look at. Not that I am going to complain as this one certainly embodies The Walking Dead universe with another tragic survival story told without any words but actions. We sit down and review Extinction. There are colossal size ogres killing the world and we need to stop them. Here is our review of Extinction With a name like Extinction there is a lot to build up to and deliver on. It definitely floats an idea out there and sets some ideas for any games who may be looking at it on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC now that it has released. This would also happen to be the next title that Iron Galaxy is putting out there where we are the last bit of hope between humanity getting to live or getting eaten by colossal creatures. New cast interviews for Detroit: Become Human are out there and it gives us yet another look at how they all made the world of Detroit: Become Human come to life As we get closer to Detroit: Become Human hitting the PS4, we get more to look at and know for the game. This time it is not so much as from Quantic Dream on what we get but more from the cast of the game. The people who put their likeness and acting chops in there so we can all experience the life-like qualities that Detroit: Become Human can bring. New gameplay for The Walking Dead: The Final Season was shown off during PAX East and it looks to change some of the gameplay for The Walking Dead that we knew During PAX East there was a nice little panel that went into a bit more for The Walking Dead: The Final Season. Not the most hidden of information as Telltale Games made sure we all knew about it and had a chance to watch it from the comfort of our own homes if we were not able to attend the event this year. It was nice of them and definitely caught the eye of many fans of The Walking Dead out there. A new interview for the upcoming Spider-Man title is out there and we get some further insight on just how Spider-Man’s web swinging will flow If for some reason you were worried about how the web swinging was going to work in Spider-Man or if it was going to be some weird thing that the team did not focus on, then you can place some of those concerns aside. I do not know who you would be out there as almost everyone has had strong faith in Insomniac Games doing right by the fans with the game; I just know you were out there. Nonetheless, we have a new look at just how this aspect of Spider-Man will work in the game and it definitely impresses as it looks to use more of the real-world physics to do just what we want. Another battle royale title, Radical Heights, has been announced with Radical Heights adding an 80s flair to the genre with a few other gameplay changes It did not seem to take long before Boss Key Productions moved on to their next title as we now have Radical Heights announced and coming to Early Access as early as tomorrow (4/10/18). Yea, some were thinking that this was something to come due to their last title not doing so well, but it looks like it was another passion project they were also working on for the last few months and are ready to get out there and build upon.
