The Early Access for Fear The Wolves has been pushed back a bit as the closed beta for Fear The Wolves found a few things that needed work If you were looking forward to the Early Access for Fear The Wolves to hit our PCs, then you will need to take a seat as it looks like it has been pushed back just a bit. It has been pushed back from July 18th to sometime this Summer as Vostok Games wanted to put some extra work into the game before Focus Home Interactive dropped it out there for order or purchase. It does not sound like there is anything completely wrong with Fear The Wolves, but the closed beta that recently concluded did have some things that were not up to their wants and needs so it was pushed. The next DLC for South Park: The Fractured But Whole now has a release date and we will be getting more of the South Park added into the mix The next DLC for South Park: The Fractured But Whole is almost here after a fairly long wait. We have gone to Casa Bonita and taken on the Danger Room from Timmy, now Ubisoft will be sending us all off to Lake Tardicaca to join Mint-Berry Crunch in finding out what happened to a group of counselors who have gone missing. All in the usual South Park style of things and with the same cast of characters one would assume to be along for the ride here. You know, Fastpass, Doctor Timothy, and Professor Chaos among the others with the "New Kid" at the center. Read More...

The release date for Call Of Cthulhu has been refined down further as it looks like we could be playing Call Of Cthulhu by Halloween this year After kind of "leaking" before, it looks like we may have a solid release date for Call Of Cthulhu now as it has shown up on the Steam page for the game. While not official word from Focus Home Interactive or Cyanide Studios, it does look to be about on par with what we have been told and figured it would be for a while now. It was just Autumn 2018 before. Read More...

Blizzard Entertainment will be out at SDCC 2018 with all kinds of events and Blizzard collectibles for you to add to your lists Continuing forth with all of the game developers and publishers showing up at SDCC this year, Blizzard is also back and bringing with it the fun of Overwatch and Hearthstone. It may not be as it was last year with The Lich King taking over for a bit, but it will be here to bring us more of their titles in the way of panels and collectibles some will be able to pick up if they are out there. All of that and Blizzard will also be setting up a cool little off-site for Overwatch fans so they can hop into the game in a way and show off to the world. Read More...

The latest update to Middle-Earth: Shadow Of War is here and it has removed the market as well as adding many upgrades for Shadow Of War The day has finally come as Middle-Earth: Shadow Of War will now be losing its marketplace and thus its microtransactions that caused players all kinds of complaint in the past. Not to be left out of SDCC, Square Enix is bringing all kinds of games and events to make sure you have been able to experience all Square Enix has to offer Just as the many year's past, Square Enix will be back at SDCC this year and bringing with them all of the games that we have been keeping an eye on and hoping to play sooner rather than later. Sadly, it does not look like they are bringing much in the way of Final Fantasy, but they are truly pushing Shadow Of The Tomb Raider and Kingdom Hearts III just as they did out at E3. Not the biggest of surprises given the proximity to the release dates and SDCC being a huge fan event for Square Enix to get the games in front of more eyes than just through other people's thoughts and opinions. A new enemy for GTFO is revealed and it makes hunting in the shadows of GTFO even more deadly for us to do in the game Another enemy type is here out of the depths of GTFO for us to fear as it comes from many of the aspects of the game that will add to the horror. It is not rare for horror style games to use shadows to build up fear and terror, but it looks like 10 Chambers Collective has gone one-step further to make them a physical threat as well. It may not sound like the craziest of monsters or enemies to be out there, but stick with me here as GTFO seems to take it even further that we could have thought. It could only get worse as we wait until sometime this year for it to hit the PC. Read More...

A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week One more week of video games in the books now. As usual, there was a lot to look at and take in, but a rather slow week in general. Granted, we did have the big news for Darksiders III here with a load of new gameplay and one of the coolest collector's editions I have seen for many video games in a while. We also had a nice look at the upcoming Spyro trilogy that is on its way as well as some updates for Far Cry 5 and the delay of Code Vein again. Maybe we should not have ended on that note. We have a new story trailer for State Of Mind and along with it has come the official release date for State Of Mind It is story time again and this time it is all about State Of Mind. Not a specific state, but the new game that Daedalic Entertainment is putting out there on August 15th for the PS4, Xbox One, PC, and Switch. Maybe you remember it and maybe you do not. It has been a bit since it was back in the spotlight, but seeing as State Of Mind now has a set date in August for its release it makes sense to be right back here. Read More...

The release date for The Council’s third episode has been set and we will most likely see some huge changes in The Council due to its events It has been another bit of time since the last episode of The Council dropped on us and now we need to get ready for the third. It looks like Big Bad Wolf is ready to continue the great story it has been setting up as the third episode will now drop on July 24th for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Hopefully, you have been keeping up with The Council so far as it has been a great ride thus far; it has just been a little rough with the breaks between as it has some very in-depth plot to have to remember in the gaps. I am just glad that it has not been a huge gap like other episodic titles have done in the past. Read More...

A new trailer for We Happy Few is here to show off more of the characters and citizens we will be meeting and playing in We Happy Few Here we go with a bit more joy as We Happy Few has a new trailer for us to look at today and it brings more of the characters with it that we are going to get to know very well. At least if you are into getting to know the characters of the games that you are playing. I am sure that Compulsion Games will appreciate that as they are putting a whole lot of work into We Happy Few and it is worth our time to take it in. Read More...

The first behind the scenes video for Twin Mirror is here and it tries to give us a bit more insight on what Twin Mirror will actually hold for us If you were confused about Twin Mirror when the first trailer dropped during E3 this year, get ready for even less clarification as we now have the first developer update or behind-the-scenes. Whichever you wish to take it as. Anyways, DontNod has put together a new look at their title that they have Bandai Namco publishing that seemed to be a weird blending of their other titles into one nice one. Read More...
