A sequel to the amazing Q.U.B.E. title has been announced and we can look to be back in the saddle with Q.U.B.E. 2 next year It's been a long time coming, but Q.U.B.E. 2 has been announced and is in development to carry the whole IP along into the next generation. That sounds like a bad 80s slogan; I know. That doesn't change the fact that Toxic Games is working on a new title here and bringing us all more of the weird puzzle solving and death-defying gameplay that won many awards. All souped up with new technology as Q. Read More...

The trailer for the next episode of Minecraft: Story Mode has been released and it looks to be filled with even more Minecraft references as we enter the arena We have a new trailer for Minecraft: Story Mode next episode to look at and try to figure out what is going on after the events of the last one. It has been an interesting trip for Jesse and crew and they were all left in a very bad place after all was said and done. A traditional cliffhanger that we know from Telltale Games here so not too shocking, but it does look like they are taking us off into whole new worlds and events set forth by The Admin that was shown off in the last episode of Minecraft: Story Mode. While out at SDCC we had a chance to check out the Blade Runner 2049 off-site event. Here's what we experienced for Blade Runner 2049 at SDCC 2017 Given that Blade Runner 2049 will be hitting theaters soon, October 6th, it makes sense that there would be a big thing out at SDCC to show it all off and build even more hype for the film. A big thing it was too as one of the larger parking lots near the convention center was taken over by a massive tent that only displayed the film's name but held many fun things inside; that is if you were willing to wait in the extremely long lines to get in. Thankfully though, the Blade Runner 2049 experience out there was handled rather well and offered up two different experiences for fans to check out. Read More...

The first gameplay trailer for Dishonored: Death Of The Outsider is here and we get to see how we are tackling this new Dishonored standalone DLC During the big E3 event from Bethesda we heard that we were getting Dishonored: Death Of The Outsider to continue on the story as we all wanted. There isn't much more of a wait as we can see it on our PS4, Xbox One, or PC on September 15th but it would be nice to see what Arkane Studios has crafted so far to get us all hyped up for it. Gameplay for an upcoming title, or expansion, or DLC (or whatever this can be considered for the Dishonored universe as it is a standalone thing but not a full game), is always welcome to help us get a feel for it all and that is what we have here today. A new behind the scenes look for Uncharted: The Lost Legacy has dropped and we get to go down the path that led to the fan favorites of Uncharted taking the lead Since August 22nd isn't far off, I guess it is high time to dig into some of the developer choices that were made for Uncharted: The Lost Legacy and just how the game was all crafted. Well, I guess more on how the story was crafted and the specific characters were selected by Naughty Dog for this spin-off title that will be hitting the PS4 here. Yes, this is going to be another "how the game was made" kind of update as that is just what we have here for the next in the Uncharted line here. Read More...

A new propaganda video for Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus has been released to give us yet another feel for Wolfenstein II's Nazi occupied America We had a whole lot of gameplay for Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus last week and thankfully, so far, it seems like Bethesda has not come out firing off with more here this week. Yet. I must stress yet as it feels like they are trying to get a whole lot of the game out there and in our eyes as Machine Games wraps up the work on it. Read More...

A new game, Sinner: Sacrifice For Redemption, has been announced and it will be testing the “Sinner” in each of us as we traverse Hell I hope you are ready to go to Hell again as we have Sinner: Sacrifice For Redemption just recently getting an announcement and a bit of a gameplay trailer to show it all off. As if this premise hasn't been done to death already in our media, but nonetheless, Dark Star Game Studios is coming together to bring us this epic story and give us some different gameplay to go with it. If you haven't heard of said studio before, it is okay. Read More...

New gameplay for Assassin’s Creed Origins has been released that show off the new tombs and we also have a massive Assassin’s Creed Origins collector's edition Here we go with another massive bit of updates for Assassin’s Creed Origins here that spans over quite a few different little areas of the game. The first we have here is a look at yet another collector's edition for the game. You'd be a bit daft to think that Ubisoft wasn't going to have multiple different versions of Assassin’s Creed Origins to purchase and pre-order and here we go with one that is fitting for the Gods on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. The release date for Horizon Zero Dawn: The Frozen Wilds has been set and now we can get ready for this new Horizon Zero Dawn expansion just before the holidays We all had a nice and small taste for Horizon Zero Dawn's upcoming expansion, The Frozen Wilds back at E3 when it was all first shown off. If you missed it, I've included the trailer that was shown off for it to let us all know that this PS4 game was getting a nice, new, big expansion. The only drawback was that the 'when' was never set down which had a lot of us Horizon Zero Dawn fans out there wondering when we can get our hands on it and explore the new locales and such. New details on The Evil Within 2's customization options have been given and it looks like The Evil Within 2 will play more how we all want and not on rails If you were hoping that The Evil Within 2 was going to be exactly like the last version of the game where you were directed down very specific paths to get through all of the horror out there, then you'll be glad to know that can still be an option for you. If that kind of game isn't for you, then you'll be happy too as it looks like Tango Gameworks has crafted the game with you in mind as well as it will be more open for exploration and have upgrades and crafting mixed in to give you an action-horror if that is your jam. Hells, it even sounds like The Evil Within 2 can be all psychological and terror filled for those who want that when Bethesda brings it to market on October 13th for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. The first episode of Batman: The Enemy Within has been released just in time to show us how dark this new season for Batman will be here With Batman: The Enemy Within's first episode dropping this week, I guess it is a good time to have a look at the latest trailer for the episode and see just what we could be in store for the whole ride. If anything, just what Telltale Games may have for us in the first installment of this continuation of the altered universe cannon we've had so far. Seeing as the first season's choices for Batman will be carried over and they did a few things that the comics have yet to do, I'm going to just assume this is all non-cannon for the official comic line. It looks like Friday The 13th: The Game will now be getting a physical release after great digital sales and this will all be on the next Friday The 13th If you've been hoping for a physical version of Friday The 13th: The Game to come into your home here soon, then the wait is almost over. It looks like Gun Media and IllFonic are going to be hooking up those fans who held out, somehow, on not getting it digitally back in May and still want to have the gaming experience. At least on the PS4 and Xbox One version here as those are the platforms this new version of Friday The 13th will be coming out on. Read More...

A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here's a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week One more week of video games in the bag and there was still so much we didn't get to. Even with it only being SDCC and Animazement being the big conventions that just happened there seems to still be a whole lot of new information and updates out there. More so with Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice, Agents Of Mayhem, and Observer all just about to release next week and massive info dumps for all of those video games adding on to all of the other things. There is still much more we have to bring you from the conventions that will pick up next week as long as things don't go completely off the rails out there for it all. Read More...

The first developer diary for Hunt: Showdown has been released and goes into just how Hunt: Showdown came into existence from the fires of another title Hopefully by now you are aware that Hunt: Showdown wasn't always the game that we all were treated to out at E3 this year. In fact, it made its first showing during E3 of 2014 under a different name and gameplay style than we've also seen here recently. Due to all of the insanity going on over at Crytek during all of the down time until we heard about Hunt: Showdown moving on from Hunt: Horrors Of The Gilded Age and trying to move forward. This is something that has completely been done based on what we all got to see, but maybe you'd like to see just how and why things went the way they did. Read More...

Another new trailer for Observer has dropped and this one makes it know that Observer's story & gameplay will be led by a Cyberpunk legend Cyberpunk seems to be making a huge resurgence lately and Observer looks to be one of the titles that is helping all of this along. At least if it is all done well and Bloober Team delivers again on their horror skills. That and the upcoming Blade Runner 2049 doesn't sour a lot of people. Seeing as Observer is now launching on August 15th for the PC, PS4, and Xbox One it seems more weight will be placed there now among a few other titles out there. Read More...
