The latest episode DLC for Final Fantasy XV has just dropped for Prompto, and we have a tease for Final Fantasy XV's Ignis to get his in December Well it looks like the wait is now over if you wanted to get more on the fan-favorite character for Final Fantasy XV. The Prompto "episode" DLC for the game drops today, June 27th, on the PS4 and Xbox One and it looks Like Square Enix has taken their time with it all to mix up some of the gameplay and other mechanics to make it feel truly new. In fact, in this episode it looks like we will get some third-person run and gun play in Final Fantasy XV in terms of combat and also a slick snowmobile to drive around as we will be in some of the snowy wastes of the game's world. All things that you would know if you were following along and/or picked up the Season Pass for the game. Read More...

Three more characters for Agents Of Mayhem have been highlighted in a new trailer as the Bombshells in Agents Of Mayhem have been dropped Here we go with another trailer for Agents Of Mayhem to show off a bit of gameplay but also three new characters in the mix of things for the game. Maybe not completely new characters as Volition has shown the basic look of these characters already, but now the Bombshells, as they are called, have been shown off and a bit more in action. In action in Agents Of Mayhem but also with a bit more of the character descriptions for them as they have only been figures in the past trailers and on the promotional materials that Deep Silver uses for the game. The Super NES Classic Edition has been announced and this little Super NES will be bringing us a lot more of our favorite titles Get your nostalgia engines running as the Super NES Classic Edition has been officially announced now and will be bringing us many of our favorite titles from the '90s so we can relive them all. This isn't some little extra add-on for the Switch that Nintendo is bringing us here, but the same deal we recently had with the NES and all of those old '80s titles that almost no one could purchase online outside of eBay scalpers. Here we all go again to lose our minds over the Super NES and all of those older titles we loved when we were younger, for those '80s and '90s kids at least, but a way to show more of the current generation where all their current games started out. There is now a release date for Injustice 2's Sub Zero DLC and we have a small look at him in action for Injustice 2 in case you were wondering It looks like the DLC fighters for Injustice 2 are going to be rolling out here in a pretty quick order as we just had Red Hood release about a month after the initial release of the game and now we have word on when the next fighter will be joining in. This isn't a completely new fighter mind you but another from the NetherRealm Studios vault brought to us just for this game. He's already been announced, but now we know that Sub Zero will be coming to Injustice 2 on the PS4 and Xbox One on July 11th. Read More...

New gameplay for Observer from E3 has been released along with a description of how Observer is building its own sub-horror genre It looks like I missed out on Observer yet again at E3 this year, but it was only a miss by a little bit and I have recovered from it all. That is due to the fact that Bloober Team has released the gameplay that they were showing off out there at the expo, but also given the commentary as to what the end goal for the game is. Yes, Observer is another horror game set in a Cyberpunk setting, but it is using what they are calling Hidden Horror to drive the game forward instead of the high-action or pure gore that many other title rely on. Not that there is an issue with those titles, but this is not the game that we will see soon on the PC, PS4, and Xbox One this year. Read More...

A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here's a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week This was one jam packed week of news and updates for all of our video games now wasn't it? Of course it was. It was the week after E3 and there was still so much more to talk about before sticking a fork in it all until next year or the next big event in the industry. We did get to Call Of Cthulhu, Vampyr, and Werewolf: The Apocalypse to name a few but we also had a chance to bring more to you for Hunt: Showdown. That was all the stuff out of E3 directly too and there were so many more video games to look at and think about. Read More...

A bunch of new characters have joined in on Marvel Vs Capcom: Infinite & you can play with some of them in the Marvel Vs Capcom: Infinite story demo If you've been living under a rock then you may have missed out on the latest update for Marvel Vs Capcom: Infinite out of E3 this year. The game had more screen time out there and Capcom took to showing off a bit more of the game's story as well as giving us all a few more characters in the mix that we can now know we will play with. While I know there are some great characters that people are hoping to make it back in for Marvel Vs Capcom: Infinite, but with the latest update here I think you are going to be left wanting when the game hits the PS4, Xbox One, and PC on September 19th here. The next hero for Paragon has been announced and it looks like he is bringing along some new stealth options for Paragon and your whole team He we go with the next hero to come to Paragon next week on June 27th. It's hard to think that we've gone another three weeks again and that Epic Games had a chance to get the new character together in the craziness that is E3 and such. None the less though, the PS4 and PC versions of Paragon will be graced with yet another hero and this one is named Wraith. Not in the spirit form the name usually means, but more in the stealth assassin style of the name. Read More...

While at E3 2017 I was able to see ELEX in a more intimate setting than just a trailer. Here's my take on ELEX From E3. When I first heard of ELEX I was a little on the cautious side to get into the game at all out of fear that it would be just another bit of shovelware. It honestly looked like a weird mashing of Mad Max, something Sci Fi, and something fantasy all rolled up into one but thankfully Piranha Bytes was out at E3 this year to show off more of the game and I was lucky enough to sit down and have a look at it a bit more as well as get some questions answered about the game. Now my understanding of ELEX is a bit greater and here's what I can pass along to you to help you figure out if it will be on your gaming shelf here on October 17th on your PS4, Xbox One, or PC. Let's dive right in. Read More...

At E3, Beyond Good & Evil 2 was officially announced and now we can see Beyond Good & Evil 2 running in-engine as well as some of the scale of the game's universe There has been one title on a lot of gamer's tongues and minds for quite some time now and with the rumors all over the place it was not that big of a shock that Ubisoft brought out the big guns at E3 and gave the world confirmation that Beyond Good & Evil 2 is going to be a thing. A big thing at that as they gave it a nice, long CG announcement trailer to build all of the hype. Hype that was built so much that I ran into quite a few people on the floor hoping to see some actual gameplay footage for Beyond Good & Evil 2 in some form or another. Read More...

New gameplay for Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice has just released and it will make you question your own sanity in terms of Hellblade and Senua I don't think I can say this enough, but with each new trailer for Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice I don't think that August 8th can get here soon enough. Ninja Theory just keeps impressing with it all and this latest trailer for the game does exactly the same. Yes, we have a new trailer for the game again here and while they skipped out on E3, this completely makes up for it all as it came close enough for it all. Read More...

The extended demo for Uncharted: The Lost Legacy has made its way online so those Uncharted who missed out at E3 can still check it all out One of the big highlights of the PlayStation media showcase at E3 this year was the inclusion of Uncharted: The Lost Legacy as it is with the franchise almost every year. While it may not have been the title from Naughty Dog that everyone was hoping to see more for, there needed to be something given that it is hitting the PS4 on August 22nd and such. That and Uncharted: The Lost Legacy looks to be another fun addition to the overall franchise and who wouldn't want to see more for it? Read More...

A lot more gameplay for Agony has just dropped and this bit shows off a new location in Agony as well as a lot more on the twisted visuals we will get to see Before all of the insanity that is E3 kicked off there was a little stir as Agony was hit with a delay due to it becoming a larger title for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC sometime soon. There is no blaming Madmind Studio from taking the cash they just received and building onto the game to give us a truly horrific experience and game to play through. This would kind of also explain why Agony didn't seem to have any kind of presence out at the big convention this year in any physical means. Read More...

At E3 I was able to sit down and gather more information on Werewolf: The Apocalypse from Julien Desourteaux. Here's what I was able to get on Werewolf: The Apocalypse. Not all games that I was excited to learn more about at E3 were up and running on the show floor and Werewolf: The Apocalypse was one of them. Any gamer and fan of the franchise would have been excited to see what Cyanide Studio had for the game since it was only announced earlier this year and nothing else had been brought up about it. While Focus Home Interactive was featuring Werewolf: The Apocalypse at E3, there wasn't anything in terms of gameplay and the like out there, but that didn't mean we came up completely dry.
