So when you are done beating Resident Evil 5 and the mercenary game unlocked after that what is one to do? Trade it in at your favorite game trading company? Place it on your mantle as one of the best games of '09? Beat it again to try and find funny things you can do with the characters? Try to go online and kill your buddies in the aforementioned Mercenaries mode? Well it would seem that Capcom would like you to go the route of the last one there, at least in a few weeks.

Just announced, with pretty pictures, is the downloadable add-on called Versus just to do what I mentioned. Go online and hunt down other gamers with up to a team of four people. Or take said team and just hunt down game baddies. You get to choose between either Slayer or Survivor Rules which will set up the game in one of those two ways. The titles should be self explanatory there.

To go a bit further, you will also get to play as not only Sheva and Chris, but other unlockables as you play through, and most likely in future downloads. If you take a look at the stills below, I can see Wesker as well as someone else that I will speculate to be Jill Valentine. Look at the hat and pony tail combo there and tell me that is not what you think as well. That's what I thought.  Oh, and the fact that it says Jill next to here HUD.  But that was a given.

So look for this to show up on the PSN and Live in the not to far off future for the low price of $5 or 400 MS points. Looks like we can have yet another PS3 game for the pwned nights now. Who wouldn't look forward to that.
