While Funcom has stated they were going to finally be showing more of their new IP, The Secret World, that doesn't stop stuff from being slipped out to cause a stir around the net. This time it is the continuation of the trailer we brought you way back in April. I'm sure you've seen it by now. It is the one with the random hot chick drinking a milk shake, going into her apartment, and then being attacked by mister bondage face. Ring a bell? No? Then watch that video before this one.

Now that you are caught up to speed, here is the new clip. Not really a continuation, but it is an awesome look at one of the games other character types/factions. But also a cool looking creature and creepy terrain. Something that looks like a weird scarecrow, with blades for arms, and that can explode into crows. It looks as awesome as the way they made Scarecrow look in Batman Arkham Asylum.

Granted, it is all rendered video and not gameplay, but it still excites me for this game. I'm a story man and seeing the kind of thought that is going into this game makes me very happy. Even if the graphics are no where near Age of Conan's, I'll still be down if they keep the ideas and story concepts along these creepy lines. Maybe Funcom will have a MMO that will survive the test of time. Keep these teases coming Funcom.

There are also a few updates to the official website for the game, www.darkdaysarecoming.com. One of which is a personality test to place you in a secret society. Templar for me. But it also lets you enter your email into the system to get a chance to be in the closed beta when it starts. Totally check it out.
