Aggrogamer E3 Recap for June 2nd So day 2 has come and gone for E3 and it was a day ranging from dull to exciting. We saw what Nintendo had to offer, as well as Sony, and finally got to hit the showroom floor to start looking at all the titles.

First we all had the chance to attend the Nintendo press conference and they showed off mostly what we've come to expect, which is plenty of casual games aimed towards a broader audience. Which is exactly why the slogan this year was "Everybody's Game". With titles like Wii Fit Plus, Wii Sports Resort, Style Savvy, and James Patterson's Women's Murder Club: Games Of Passion, it is easy to see that they are truly trying to reach every demographic.

Nintendo definitely had some surprises up its sleeve, as they revealed Super Mario Bros Wii, Super Mario Galaxy 2, Metroid: Other M, and Golden Sun DS. They also showcased some third party titles coming to their platforms including Dead Space Extraction, Final Fantasy: Crystal Bearers, and Red Steel 2.

Sony's Press Conference on the other hand started off with a bang, showcasing trailers in an intro scene while blaring Queen in the background. They showcased gameplay for such games as Uncharted 2, MAG, Modnation Racers, and even God of War III.

Sony introduced the PSP Go, their new Digital Download system, which will retail at $249.99. They also unveiled new PSP titles, such as Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker, Gran Turismo PSP, and Resident Evil Portable.

Afterwards, we all hit the show floor to start getting hands on looks on the many games coming out throughout the next year. We will bring you hands on impressions and behind the scenes looks at many titles over the coming days and through next week.

I apologize for the lack of a podcast so far, but we are looking forward to bringing you one for Day 3 and 4, and of course an E3 wrap-up special once it is all over.

As many may notice here at Aggrogamer, we don't plan on rushing out news articles to be the first to break a story, but instead we want to bring you as much information as possible and hopefully help you understand what it means and why you should care.
